PoolBusters promised one thing, then failed to deliver. In their pool removal quote/invoice (which was paid in full), it clearly stated that our pool removal included a layer of topsoil. As plainly seen in this "after" pic, PoolBusters only used light-colored, gravely fill dirt and ZERO topsoil. Immediately after the removal, we hired a pro landscaping company that planted grass seed and laid down straw, which was then watered per their directions. Ever since, the ONLY grass that grows where the pool was is sparce crabgrass. Heather came out, looked at it, then said they could add topsoil, but only for an additional charge of several hundred dollars. They clearly put in writing that their services included topsoil, but they never made good on it. read more

This company just started out last year when they removed our pool. We were rushed on the decision to have the pool removed by these people. The work was very sloppy. They shattered our driveway, dropped several yards too much of top soil and fill dirt. We were told the fill dirt was the top layer; however we have found rocks and glass in it. Also, we now have a sink hole. The side of the house is gone - we were told only the tractor marks would be there - it was all of the yard on the side. Also, they were going to save our pavers and buried all of them. It has been a year to settle. We have tried several times to receive a resolution with this company and to no avail. We are now in the process of filing complaints and taking legal action. We only requested a redo with the yard, to level it out, and fix the sink hole and remove several yards of dirt. We are now going for the driveway replacement as well. Very poor quality and service read more

This is a family run operation, Heather handles the business end and Doug is in the charge of the hard work! Together they make a great team! They are honest,efficient and reliable. They gave us the best price and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the job when it was completed. You can bet without a doubt you get what you pay for and more! I was amazed at how they got the job done and did it right. We had no problem with city inspection! They tore down the garage, busted out the pool, brought in sand and graded the entire yard. They're the best! I'm planning on having their son (also part of the family business) seed my backyard to finish off this project. This is NOT a company you can trust. We learned the hard way and had to take our case to small claims court. And, despite the judgment, we have NOT been paid back by Pool Busters. We had damage to our property, inspections that wouldn't pass, debris and stones left half-buried that had to be dug back out at our expense, garbage dirt in place of topsoil, no show appointments, left us to clean up after them and their equipment... Need I say more? I had to pay to fix the issues they left me with. They vowed to resolve the issues but left us holding the bag instead. read more
