Bad leaks around my steps made it impossible to keep the pool full and over time the older liner was trashed. New liner installed, refreshed resealed the stepz, painted the deck. Most importantly, we had a ground water problem that required us to install a proper dewatering system near the main drain of the pool to help make sure there was no ground water in the bottom of the pool. It's a big deal to me when getting involved in a big project to know that the person handling it has what's best for YOU in mind, and not what's best for their wallet. Dan truly made us feel like he cared about doing what was right for us. Now we can enjoy our pool and create memories as a family. Thank you, Dan!!

Great experience with First Coast! I recently purchased a new house with pool equipment I was…read moreunfamiliar with as it differed from prior house. I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!

Contacting Red Rhino Leak Detection is the best decision I have made regarding my pool! We do have…read morea leak which is unfortunate and a hassle but Red Rhino has made it easy! From first visiting the web site to making an appointment it has been so easy. Stephanie made the appointment, she explained upfront what I would expect and the price! I got a confirmation email with the information and price. Austin called this morning about 30min before he came. He explained what he would be doing, he checked every facet of pool leaks I could have imagined. He went over possibilities before hand and when he finished he has solved the leak problem! He gave me a run down of WHY it was happening as well as explained the repair process and even quoted a price. He was honest about everything, even that the surface repair would be a darker grey than our existing surface (obviously since our pool is several years old..a couple decades). It is going to be expensive but he told me about the warranty and put my mind at ease spending so much. He even made the repair appointment on the spot!! We even get a $100 off for scheduling the repair within 7 days of the leak detection! For such a pesky problem, I am really glad I contacted Red Rhino. Professional, courteous and honest! I hopefully won't have a pool leak in the future but if I do, I know who I am calling!!! They also don't crowd your inbox with a thousand emails or upsell you which is so refreshing!
