They did not do a good job and plastic sliders were sticking out and I told them that and they said it was fine. $1,200 a year later the pulleys snapped. Aqua is over priced and does not stand by their work. I don't mind paying extra if the job is done right, but not making good on the job is why I won't ever use them again. I called this morning and stated I would like to have it checked out before something goes really bad. I told the girl on the phone I could make the problem happen, just by turning the pool off and they would see it and hear the issue. I know they are busy we always have to wait a long time. I am not rude, just asking if it is safe to use because they won't look at it for two weeks. I am 7 miles from them and they said two weeks. I contacted Epic Escapes to ask if they stood behind their work, but they denied responsibility and never returned my calls. Hoping for a resolution, I went to their office and spoke with Donna. I calmly explained the situation and even offered to cover the cost of parts if they would help fix the issue. Donna said she would speak with the owner and get back to me, but I never heard from them again. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that built the pool and closed it, yet refuses to take any accountability or even return a phone call. If they had simply provided a reasonable solution, they could have gained a loyal, long-term customer. Instead, I was left with a poor impression and a very negative experience.
