All went to hell when their "PM" Jack came into the picture. This guy is a piece of work. Will look you in the face and lie!! But don't worry he is as sharp as a bowling ball!! Oh, I won't touch your wall, you have got to pump it if it rains, I will fix it, it will be good as new! Blah, blah, blah!! After the contract is signed they start nickel and dimeing you to death. They destroyed the whole yard and the side yard. But, that's not on them to fix it?!?!? What a crock! They bring in someone else to do half-ass work. Did you know sod is supposed to go on top of the sidewalk? They think it does. Jacks idea of good as new is to drive sheet metal screws into the fence post he cut in half and called it a day!! How stupid can you be?! Or better yet, how stupid do they think I am?!? I have 5 cracked marble copping pieces,(half ass repaired) my yard is so torn up you cannot get a mow over it!!( That's after they 'fixed' it). The pool is 7" deeper on one end, 2" deeper in the middle and 3" deeper on the other end, than it was agreed and in the contract for. That's Jacks 'expertise' coming through.(that was sarcasm!). One of the $1500 neon light strips doesn't work! There is still construction debris left all over the back yard, fence panel still off and the cement guys spilled cement down in the grass along the side yard.... And just left it!! THESE GUYS TALK A GOOD GAME but do Half-assed work. Run from them, have your pool Jolt by someone reputable. If you want a half ass built pool, then these guys are for you!!
