They're staff is always so very top notch as well. I cannot think of another pool company that I've encountered that have done such an awesome job. The company recently advisted us to use ascorbic acid acid on the skimmer and it cleaned it so remarkably great. I will continue to use Triton Pool Service week in and week out for their exceptional service. Our kudos to them!

Andy worked us into his schedule, and overhauled our pool in a short amount of time. We even contacted a few other companies to compare prices, and they too recommended calling Triton. A customer recommendation is one thing, but getting recommended by his competitors is a whole different level. He has continuously answered our many questions, and our pool looks great. Elaina does a great job staying in contact with us about the schedule, and emailing invoices. We can go online to make payments and everything has been handled in a professional and fantastic way. There are not very many outstanding pool companies in this area - but this one is top on the list. If you have a pool call Triton, then sit back and enjoy the summer.

In addition to the company sending a reminder the day before my weekly service is slated to happen, Ryan notifies me by text shortly before arrival. And, he does a complete and through cleaning (including blowing leaves and debris off the pool deck). Also, the price for the service is reasonable and in line with other companies I have checked out.

They changed ownership in July and ever since the ownership changed so has the service. Cleaners…read moredont come every week as scheduled. They don't wear uniforms or contact clients to to let them know a new tech is coming, so clients don't know who is in the yard. All of the pool techs that my family was familiar with have left because of work conditions. I was told by the 4th different tech in 2 months that my pool is a difficult one and the company changed the techs from salary to hourly, forcing them to work more homes to make the same amount of money. The new pool techs have been passing my pool off on newer techs So I've gone all summer without a clean pool. The new Manager David is a nice guy but makes excuses and doesn't hold his team accountable. I terminated my service and using one of the techs that left as a personal. I hope your experience is better than mine.

Still no improvement. Then we were told about Yummy. We thought the name was funny, but their prices and promises were so strong we opted to try them. After purchasing our home, we learned that YammyPool had previously serviced the pool. We contacted…read morethem to inspect the system, configure it, and set up remote Wi-Fi controls. Despite multiple calls and emails, they were largely unresponsive. When we finally reached them, they agreed to a monthly maintenance plan. However, beyond superficial cleaning, they failed to resolve major issues. The pool loses water, makes strange noises, and the hot tub empties itself. They sent a cleaner who had no clue how to diagnose or explain the issue. On my second call, a manager named John promised a resolution but only offered vague updates. He also addressed me inappropriately, calling me "brother," then abruptly ended the call. In summary, YammyPool has ignored critical issues, provided no solutions, and continues to charge us while leaving the system malfunctioning. We expect a prompt, professional resolution or we will escalate further.

He did a very thorough diagnostic inspection on the first visit ($125); ordered all replacement parts and returned in a timely fashion to install them. He even checked afterwards to be sure it reached the optimal temperature. Will definitely use him again if needed.
