I seamlessly placed an order online, requested a specific pick up date (which Brian amazingly accommodated), and within a few days, I was handed a beautifully filled box of colorful macarons. Even though it was an unconventional ask, Fadia was more than willing to work with us. We had a lot of questions and requests- she was responsive, patient, and seemed genuinely excited for us. She was a pleasure to work with and delivered the cakes beautifully decorated and on time. We ended up getting the 8" cake with gold foil and real flowers. It was so beautiful and elegant. Once we cut into it, we saw that it was a carrot cake so we knew we were having a boy! The carrot cake itself was perfect. We've had many carrot cakes in the area and all agreed this was the best! It was moist and had a perfect frosting to cake ratio. The sweetness level was exactly what we were looking for- not too sweet. We also ordered a tray of baklava. It was crunchy, full of nuts, and not too sweet. It was $35 for the tray. Much more affordable than buying it by the piece at a bakery. Can't wait to try more of Fadia's treats.
