I've been going to this Petsmart for ten years and have seen more employees be harassed by customers than anywhere else in my life. I also saw another review "laughing" at their associates when it's more than obvious they are teenagers earning minimum wage doing what they are told to. It's getting out of hand how entitled people are becoming. Petsmart if you are going to make employees follow these policies than you need to do a better job at enforcing it on your websites and socials so they don't take it out on 16 year old girls. You are not better than anyone else, especially if you are willing to yell at someone you've never met.

When I arrived to pick my Yankee up I was surprised to hear that their credit card system was not working. I do not carry cash on me and since I live so close by I left my phone behind when I left to pick up my dog. The girl at the counter was kind when she asked if I could zelle the payment when I got home, which I had no problem doing. However the "manager" (Chelsea I believe was her name), apparently didn't like the idea of that. She walked over with a nasty attitude asking me "what the problem was" and told me she would not be giving me my dog until I paid. Meanwhile my puppy was screeching for me and scratching under the gate. Obviously this was not a great way to approach the situation and I told her to call her boss to take my card info and let her know I will no longer be bringing my business there because of her managers treatment of me. She had a smirk as if she could care less, which is probably the case to be honest and that's just fine. And they don't know me or all the business I have sent their way that will also follow me after such disrespect. Such a shame. This place was really great until they started hiring these kind of people. Miss the old staff! I will be trying another place next month.

You did not handle the situation correctly. I was told on the phone that his DuClaw was already hanging on and scabbing, after dropping him off. This was not true. The injury occurred in your Salon, now two times, from being crated. I check Charlie regularly, to say we neglect him is rude. Just because we get him groomed every 4 months you're going to hold that against us? We're locals, and your salon is overbooked in the summer. Thus, we've had to use other groomers from time to time. Upon arrival, I was greeted by your desk attendant and asked about the injury and she barely could answer me. She just got up and said let me get Beth. Who then came out from the back with an arrogant attitude. I could immediately tell she knew they were in the wrong and that she wasn't going to own up to their mistake. So I paid and left without incident. I was never looking for a free service, just a quality one. I'm in customer service, and I treat people with respect, that is not what you get at the Pet Salon.
