From what I gathered she had denied fish due to a policy, which implied a grown adult to intimidate her? Petsmart needs to do better protecting their employees, if they have these policies in place. I've been going to this Petsmart for ten years and have seen more employees be harassed by customers than anywhere else in my life. I also saw another review "laughing" at their associates when it's more than obvious they are teenagers earning minimum wage doing what they are told to. It's getting out of hand how entitled people are becoming. Petsmart if you are going to make employees follow these policies than you need to do a better job at enforcing it on your websites and socials so they don't take it out on 16 year old girls. You are not better than anyone else, especially if you are willing to yell at someone you've never met.

He's truly at a day spa having the time of his life . His hair cuts have never been anything short of perfection.
