My 80 pound dog is a big baby and has screamed as if he's being murdered at every other groomer. Not at Woof's. He loves them. Today he refused to be groomed until the ladies all petted him! They do exceptional grooming work. My little dog always looks like a little princess when they're done. And since they get my big boy to cooperate, they're able to give him a full deshedding treatment. I have never seen a dog's coat so shiny! He sheds like, well, a big dog! They're pros at removing his undercoat and making him glossy-looking and much less prone to shedding. We love Woof's!

He comes home with a little report card and I can often find photos of him posted on their Facebook page. I even got text messages of him in the salt water pool. Yes, a salt water pool! Apparently, that's better for their skin! It seems like the dogs get plenty of play time with people that love animals. On his last visit, I had them give him a bath before coming home. He smelled SO clean for almost a week! Boarding here is pricey, but I'll continue to bring my dog, as I know they take great care of him!

Our playful dog first experience grooming mortified him. He came home only to hid under our bed for 2 days Our dog that ALWAYS plays with his dad, won't go near him. I didn't see a man working there. Whatever happened my dog is forever changed it seems. I've never taken a dog to the vet or anywhere have this reaction. Then they shaved my dog but charged for matting. You shaved the dog what more did you have to do for matting? An unexpected $159 trip to the groomer frustrating and didn't get what I asked for!! Never gave they offered any type of refund Only what I can possibly use on my dogs beet red balls Oh and he was cut on the stomach. I get the move around BUT NO ONE told me he had been cut!!!! Had to have my husband leave early from work at 2pm to get my dog after dropping her off at 11am after getting 3 phone calls that she was the only dog there. There hours are stated until 5pm. They did a great job on her grooming but business is business if you advertise a time you close stick to it.
