It was so upsetting, how was I going to get her out?  I called the fire department, animal services and the police. My dear friend happened across a YouTube video with the below site listed and made a few calls, Jim Dunlap with New Leaf Tree Care volunteered to come out and save the day. He was so amazing! In less than I would say 30 minutes my cat was safely in my arms and in her home again. I must say it was the best service ever! He was so calming and reassuring and letting me know everything was going to be okay and my sweet girl was going to be in good hands. She's doing well and I am so grateful!!

Before you turn away, there's good and bad in that and it's risky. I think it means no insurance, I know it means non-kenneled ride. Thankfully, the ride went smoothly. I did not know that before hiring them. I was referred to him by another company. I think this was a more comfortable ride for the dog and a more personable approach for the transporter and dog. The trip took longer than expected and Javonte was responsive to my calls and texts, but not proactive. He took great care of my dog and delivered him happy, healthy and clean. My dog liked him, also. So, if you can handle an extended transit, be patient, deal/ok with no photos or videos along the trip and YOU initiating contact throughout the trip, you'll be happy. I had an air tag on him the whole trip, so I could see his movements the entire trip. Javonte took the crate from the prior owner at transport and his leash, but did not give either to me.

Luckily the team here at Sanford Oaks took great care of us and made me feel so much better. The injury looked at lot worse than it actually was. Cat skin being so loose and thin can easily tear, but it also has an amazing ability to heal itself quickly. My cat was given an antibiotic shot and a medicated ointment to treat his wound with. Easy peasy. Really I just needed reassurance that my cat would be okay, and that's what I got here.

I'm posting a review for their dog walking services. I would NOT RECOMMEND. I cancelled all future…read morewalks with them earlier this week. I have used them twice a day at the same times every day for the last 1-1.5 months with the same walker, although I met a backup walker at some point just in case the first was unavailable. During this time they have been fairly disorganized with incorrect pricing which I have been pretty lenient on, just correcting it and moving on with my day. Tuesday was the final straw. They made a change in the schedule without telling me and allowed some stranger (whom I have never met and who has never met my two German shepherds before) to enter my home alone, without my permission or knowledge, and walk my dogs at the wrong time of day as well. Not good because my dogs are on medications that make them pee a lot so we have to specifically time their walks to prevent accidents. More importantly, if something happened to the walker in my house because dogs can be territorial to strangers in their house, I WOULD BE LIABLE. The owner, Olga, said it was an honest mistake and said she thought I had met this walker before but now sees in my files that I met someone else. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I also don't really care because in the end, this was a huge violation of my privacy. Olga assured me she wouldn't charge me for this walk, which is laughable because I wasn't planning on paying for it. Beware of this company.

We were preparing to embark on a short 4-day trip but it would be the first time we had ever left our dogs behind and I was very nervous about finding a sitter/company that was a good fit for us. From day 1, VIP impressed me with their level of communication and organization. Their online client portal is easy to navigate and great for checking your schedule, pets info, etc. Nancy, their Director of Client Relations, is incredibly detail oriented, great at follow up, and actually does what she says she will do (a rarity in this day and age!). Our assigned sitter, Amber, took amazingly good care of our pups. Her communication was stellar and I felt the entire time that it wasn't "just a sitter" there watching our pups, it felt like a family member was taking care of them. I truly felt like she treated them like her own and couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're searching for a pet sitter I HIGHLY recommend VIP. You will not be disappointed.
