Taped up the hole and returned for the correct formula. Talk about unfriendly young men at the counter! They did not think there was anything wrong with an holes in product (they claim they have no rats). .. really in a feed store? Did not offer me a refund for the price difference, i had to ask for it. Shopping elsewhere from now on.

This is a well oiled machine with strict rules in place in ensure you will get back your baby. I always to a witness cremation here at this location over the years and let me tell you even though this is a big corporation, they still make it seem like a family owned business. I called every week until the 23rd of February and was finally told they did not have the urn STILL yet they had been telling VEG who I was also calling that they had to get a tracking number. Veg told me they had shipped it but they also needed to get a tracking number leading me to believe that my pet had been shipped back to them...BTW they deliver the remains not SHIP them. I called VEG 4 days ago and was hung up on by Cheyenne and when I called back she had the audacity to tell me I hung up because I could not hear her. A complete lie as I told her to take me off of speaker phone. I finally spoke to Kendall at Fond Memories and she told me that they needed to call and find out when they would receive the urn...I cancelled the black cat urn and they suggested I could take another urn and then transfer him to the cat urn?? I just took the other urn and who knows what I will receive today when I pick up his ashes. Maybe just plain dirt! Do not use this place.
