Before you turn away, there's good and bad in that and it's risky. I think it means no insurance, I know it means non-kenneled ride. Thankfully, the ride went smoothly. I did not know that before hiring them. I was referred to him by another company. I think this was a more comfortable ride for the dog and a more personable approach for the transporter and dog. The trip took longer than expected and Javonte was responsive to my calls and texts, but not proactive. He took great care of my dog and delivered him happy, healthy and clean. My dog liked him, also. So, if you can handle an extended transit, be patient, deal/ok with no photos or videos along the trip and YOU initiating contact throughout the trip, you'll be happy. I had an air tag on him the whole trip, so I could see his movements the entire trip. Javonte took the crate from the prior owner at transport and his leash, but did not give either to me.

My yard doesn't stink anymore. There are no flies hovering at my backdoor, and my dogs don't have to tiptoe around piles of their own poo.
