The only message I got that was my pup was ready and when I got to the store, she was not there and they told me that she was at Rockwall with the individual that transporter her there They asked me if I heard from that person and I said no this is why I'm here and I thought she was ready. They did not charge me for her haircut and they gave me the address where I needed to pick her up the entire time. I thought my pup was at least treated with a haircut when I got to the urgent care She looked bad. Her haircut was halfway done. They didn't even have the decency to tell me that they didn't finish. This was bad! I was so worried but thankful the vet took care of the mistake that groomer did! I will never go there again and stay with Anna my personal groomer who is great but was under the weather at the time

Apparently they are so good at their job that when he came home we put it in ChatGPT and it immediately told us that he probably had conjunctivitis and what to get.
