I do not recommend! This was my first time making an appointment for my three pups and one of my girl pups had an incident with one of the groomers while they were treating her. I got one phone call stating that they were taking her to Rockwall urgent care which 40 miles from where we live. They said they would keep me posted in between that time the whole hour and a half. I got no interaction. The only message I got that was my pup was ready and when I got to the store, she was not there and they told me that she was at Rockwall with the individual that transporter her there They asked me if I heard from that person and I said no this is why I'm here and I thought she was ready. They did not charge me for her haircut and they gave me the address where I needed to pick her up the entire time. I thought my pup was at least treated with a haircut when I got to the urgent care She looked bad. Her haircut was halfway done. They didn't even have the decency to tell me that they didn't finish. This was bad! I was so worried but thankful the vet took care of the mistake that groomer did! I will never go there again and stay with Anna my personal groomer who is great but was under the weather at the time read more

They had treats for my pet dogs. The only issue I had was no one was at the registers door 10 minutes. The young lady from grooming came and checked out several customers. The other staff did not have any concern as to whether you could check out or not. Not the regular in the wells crew. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUSSIE TO GET GROOMED HERE! The Rockwall location has groomed my Aussie before & it's been great. I am devastated after picking mine up today. Rebecca groomed him & said she did not get into his double coat. I'm trusting that's true & his hair will grow back, but his hair cut is awful. Not sure if she's ever groomed an Aussie. I asked for him to be cleaned up & she took a guard to his beautiful coat. The before picture was this afternoon before I took him in. Petco is making it right & giving me a refund, but no refund will ever be enough if his hair doesn't grow back right. read more

I give this place a one star review. I made an appointment at 9:30 AM for my puppy to get groomed, nail trim and shampoo I was told when I arrived that it would only take 2 to 4 hours to complete such task, 4 1/half hours later, with no communication at all, I return to find a groomer outside, smoking a cigarette, while my dog is locked in the back of the grooming place in a small cage, still wet, and untouched. As I proceeded to ask, what is going on for she the only dog in the whole place, they quickly snap into action and give my dog one of the worst haircuts I have ever seen granite they gave me the cut for free only because they know what they did wrong. Do not like this place at all!! I don't know where their general manager is but he or she doesn't give a damn about this place! The people are the rudest people I have ever seen in my whole life! I've seen some rude people. Lol. But these people topped them off! No one wants to help you, say hello or kiss my bum! They don't even welcome you at the cash register or say thank you! If you ever need help good luck! You would have better luck asking a customer for help than a worker! I hate hate strongly hate coming here but I have to get food that only they carry if I forget to order online I have to dreadfully go here unless you drive an hour to another one. Took my baby here to get groomed, lady was super friendly, helpful, and recommended some great products to help with his itchy dry skin. They always have the food in stock I need for him, and for my snake. Workers are always friendly and helpful. read more

I give Petco and Nor a one. If I could give Nor a zero I would. My sixteen year old daughter bought 2 fish at Petco yesterday, took them home and 2 hours later one was dead. She took the dead fish back and was told by Nor that she could not return the fish without a water sample. My daughter informed Nor that the dead fish was in the water sample. He again said he could not take that sample. Mind you my daughter had bought 2 fish and one was still living in the tank that Nor needed the sample from. Also the customer in front of my daughter was also bringing back a dead fish. So my daughter told Nor that driving 25 mins. To get a water sample wasn't worth the refund and she would just use some of her credit to purchase another fish. Nor again told her that wasn't going to be possible until he got that water sample. So I called Nor and was told that yes he indeed needed the sample because we could have been using outdated water conditioner. So I told Nor if that was the case then they were the ones who sold it to us (check your records Nor) then he proceeded to tell me that maybe the fish tank wasn't big enough for the fish. Once again Nor your employees helped pick out the tank . So you are telling me your employees are selling outdated product or giving out false information . Also Nor had dead fish all through out his store and customers bringing back dead fish. It sounds like Nor is the one who needs to check his water sample. I have a big family from this area and I am taking all of them with me. Do not use this store because they do not stand by their product or at least until Nor is gone! read more

I go here because hunt county lacks options for pet stores, their cages are often unimpressive as far as hygiene goes and I can never seem to track down someone when I need help, and when you ask an employee when you finally find one they are very rude and basically ignore you. Leaving you to sit there for 10 minutes until they feel like directing someone else to help you. read more

Just plain rude. We were not greeted upon arrival despite two employees standing at the register talking. We needed crickets, we checked the box to see how many they had and I went back to the register to ask for assistance. The man told me they were out of crickets, didn't have any. I asked then what are all those in the box? He didn't know which box I was talking about. Upon understanding I meant the cricket box he said oh yea those are ours. I said then I'd like to buy them. He then explained they were the stores to feed the animals there and they'd be getting a shipment later that day. Completely understandable...but you should have led with that. Now my impression of you is lie first to the customer. Upon checking out with other items...after waiting several minutes, the female cashier (who had been talking to the male earlier when we walked in) was short/had a tone and did not make eye contact. read more

Can't recommend. They don't consistently have the same dog foods in stock, the fish are in deplorable conditions (floating at the top, looking ragged, etc), and the employees are rude, with the exception of a select few. read more

Gave groomer my rabies certificate, which, because the records were transferred from one vet to another, the date of rabies vaccination given was not listed; HOWEVER, the date that the 3-year vaccination expires is clearly indicated. The clerk insisted on making a call to the former vet to find out the "vaccination given" date. I took offense to this because 1) my paperwork/certification was from a legitimate veterinarian 2) I felt like I was being perceived as dishonest. My question, for which the manager on duty had no answer, was "what if the dog had been given to me, along with the same type of paperwork, and I didn't know the former veterinarian; or, I had moved from out of state and had the records transferred, but no longer had the former vet's info, or s/he had gone out of business? Who were they to call them? I had taken my dog and shopped there before, so I was a regular customer. No more. read more

After calling ahead and speaking with someone about a ferret we show up after a 40 mile drive ask about ferrets at front told they get someone to help us so we waited for 5-10 minutes when I see a employee talking to some people not knowing this was a dog trainer in a training session I get her attention making a hand gesture like a key unlocking a lock a Very rude (jennifer) the dog trainer snap that she is a dog trainer in a session! and was I buying a ferret? I replyed yes someone will be with us later she said well we waited again an along comes jennifer to open cage.I mentioned about the rudeness earlier she said she didnt think I was rude hmm I told her it was her that was rude which just made her be rude again talking about how I hand gestured what was she to think. Asked her if she's not even going to apologize. No just kept being rude someone will be with yall soon. And she was gone.we did get helped by another employee Candy bought a ferret.
