I would give them no stars if I could. I took my 6 year old female to be spayed, she was perfectly healthy before. They told me to come get her at the end of the day with knowing she had a small bleed. Took her to another vet and they botched her whole procedure. She past away that evening. This is a low-cost vaccination, spay and neuter clinic. I like the doctor that is there. She gives a quick go over of your animal, even if she really doesn't have much time. She looked over my 13 year old dog, couldn't believe she was 13 and gave me some advice about her shots as she gets older. The major reason I'm not giving it more stars is the check out process. I waited almost as long in the check out line as I did waiting for the vet. If their computers / or programs are that slow they need to get new ones. However I think the major problem is the lady who does the majority of it doesn't have a clue. It's like she doesn't know where each brand of medicine is, nor what sizes they are... even if you point to the medicine behind her and say, the blue package there. with the brown dog! She still has to look up and down the whole wall that hasn't changed in ages. read more

Hello! I made the appt online and got an email promptly which was very explanatory and detailed. I arrived about 15 mins before our German Shepherds neuter surgery. They staff was friendly and efficient and this made me feel very secure in their competency and care! It was a great experience and our loved dog is doing great today which 1 day after surgery. All post care instruction and pain meds given too! Highly recommend! read more

They have a new computer system. So, I'm sure that is why this happened. But I was charged too much and they would not correct it. It was only $20 but I had spent almost $300. Just seems to be about money and not the animals. I have been there several times. But that is the last. Just check your invoice, especially, if you give cash and CC, before you leave. read more

This is a low cost vaccination & spay/neuter dog/cat clinic, that's only open on Mondays on certain days, and for spay/neuter you need to call to make a reservation for your pet; the staff is nice, even though it can get a little overwhelming since all the pets come in at once and for the most part, every client is new, so they're not used to the system that they have their. The staff is a little bit older so being calm and patience is key, other than that, if your looking to spend half or less than you would at a regular pet clinic, this place is for you ! read more

I have been going to cause for paws a long time. I get all my animals shots there. a couple of years ago my dog got bordatella even though he was vaccinated. Now even though my cats were vaccinated up there they all have rhinotracheitis. Well they give distemper shots..... Hello the vets office distemper shots have the rhinotracheitis in them. let me tell you I wish I had gone to the vets for my shots now. I am 1500 dollars in vet fees right now. and two of my 5 indoor cats never outside are at the vet with an IV in them. the other 3 are at home on antibiotics.
