I called several places to see who could see her immediately and kept getting put on hold and turned down by everyone. This animal hospital let us bring her in immediately (30 mins away and we were making these calls from the car ready to go). Everyone there was so kind and informative on what they were going to do. We left for a few hours while they put her under anesthesia and gave her some stitches and a drainage tube. This dog is my favorite thing about life and I take her care more seriously than my own and I felt very safe leaving her with them to fix her up. Overall I had a great experience and I'm now planning on making this her regular vet since I just moved to Texas. Amazing service, amazing care, and amazing veterinarians. Thank you all so much.

I got one phone call stating that they were taking her to Rockwall urgent care which 40 miles from where we live. They said they would keep me posted in between that time the whole hour and a half. The only message I got that was my pup was ready and when I got to the store, she was not there and they told me that she was at Rockwall with the individual that transporter her there They asked me if I heard from that person and I said no this is why I'm here and I thought she was ready. They did not charge me for her haircut and they gave me the address where I needed to pick her up the entire time. I thought my pup was at least treated with a haircut when I got to the urgent care She looked bad. Her haircut was halfway done. They didn't even have the decency to tell me that they didn't finish. This was bad! I was so worried but thankful the vet took care of the mistake that groomer did! I will never go there again and stay with Anna my personal groomer who is great but was under the weather at the time

When he went to the vet they just took him without my husband going with, after about 30 minutes bring him back and say he is all done with a charge of $359.42. Apparently they are so good at their job that when he came home we put it in ChatGPT and it immediately told us that he probably had conjunctivitis and what to get. She lives east of Dallas in Greenville TX. Her cell phone number however is still valid. 2) She sold us a goldendoodle puppy that was 8 weeks old and it lived for only 7 days after we picked it up. 3) The puppy was infected with Parvo acquired from her kennels and we had to watch it die even after investing a substantial amount of money trying to save it. 4) Erica has refused to reimburse us for the dead puppy because she refuses to acknowledge that she sold us an infected puppy. Erica obviously doesn't want her buyers to know that she has a poor reputation and an infected kennel. Parvo takes from 3 to 6 days to manifest itself, do the math as to Erica's liability. 5) Our puppy had a sister that she slept with and my guess is that puppy died also. 6) Erica also sold us another puppy that was reported as 4 months old. Our vet called into question that puppy's age as she had all of her adult teeth at 4 months of age. This puppy also knew commands such as sit and cowers constantly like she had been mistreated. Erica told us the dog was not a rehome but she exhibits unusual traits for an untrained dog.
