After a few visits to Dr. VanTrease he went a little above and beyond on the ear issue, my Husky hasn't had an ear problem or any flushings in 3 years. Also had our Corgi that went here for years, she lived to be 14 with the help of VZACC, after her passing, which was very hard for us we received a condolence card hand signed by Dr. VanTrease and all of the employees, it wasn't much, but it's nice to know that they all cared. The kitten, Max, was in bad shape and had been attacked by another animal or struck by a car. Dr. VanTrease encouraged me to let him operate on the kitten removing his tail and rebuilding his jaw. Super rude super overpriced and obviously don't care about helping the dogs just send the tech in to try to upsell you to 400$ of blood work and all kinds of other stuff.
