I booked an appointment to take my first dog in, explained what I wanted and they said "no problem, we'll ask you again upon drop off ". When taking him to his appointment I reiterated what I wanted. My husband had to pick him up, it didn't occur to me to make sure he knew to double check the cut was right. When they got home, I realized they only took 1/2 inch off instead of taking him down to a 1/2 inch, so his hair was way too long. I called about a week later (confirmed it was too long to, was trying to just live with it). I mentioned it when making an appointment for another dog hoping that giving them more business but letting them know the mix up would encourage them to fix it. He's itty bitty so an extra inch+ makes a huge difference, and he's missing teeth so he's a messy eater. I also mentioned it when taking dog #2 in... nothing. No offer to fix it, no discount, out $150 before the tip on two yorkies. Pretty disappointed, had they offered to correct the link, we'd keep going, because both boys came back happy, I just won't pay 20% over what we had been at the vet and gamble having to do it so soon again.

I believe if this is change is made that this location would be a good place to go. Also leaving the original post so this update actually makes sense*** I took my dog to this place over christmas this year and when I picked her up she was covered head to tail in a very serious staff infection. I am not sure where she picked her up and there was no way to be certain, but what I can say is that there is no way that they could have over looked this. If they had contacted me we might have been able to start meds sooner. When I took her to the vet I was getting asked questions to help streamline her treatment, but when I called they would only keep telling me that the manager was in a meeting and would call me as soon as possible. This is the excuse I got the next day too. So far the manager hasn't called me. Edit: To be clear (in response to Brian) I don't think it was caused by the stay there, but it did get significantly worse to the point that it would be impossible to not notice it. The only way it could happen is if nobody spent a lot of time with her, which was a service that I did pay for.

I dropped him off about 10 AM the first day and I picked them up before they close at five.. he had a wonderful time. He was in great spirits. The ladies there are so sweet and kind and they really care about animals.. I dropped him off the following morning at 8 AM and he stayed all day till almost 5. He was happy to be there. He had a lot of fun. He had no stress.. I highly recommend you visiting their grooming, salon and their day care facilities.. they are sweet, caring women, and they really love the animals. The prices are reasonable and the location is great.

They made sure they told me what's going on and worked with me to find a cut that works for Zoey while stressing her out as little as possible. They're very gentle with her. Raco has had a number of seizures there. One of the groomers is a vet tech and immediately knows what to do. They have all the necessary items on hand and ready to help when this happens. They keep an eye on him and make sure he's happy and comfortable. Luna...she's just a normal dog. Always looks like a million bucks coming home though :)

The van used is state of the art and high end. I expected some converted van with a table slapped in the back but this van was over the top and custom made to serve dogs of all sizes. They offer a full range of services and have various packages. Pricing based on size and amenities so call for estimate. My wonder pup got the deluxe small dog package. Blueberry facial....yep! They even do custom hair coloring...who knew. Communication with the owner was spot on and she kept me informed prior to, during and after the service. My boy came out of the van looking like a movie star. Really, really impressed with the professionalism and quality of the service. Front door service...yes, please and thank you. My boy has a new groomer and I couldn't be happier.

She has pink skin and white hair, so it was easy to see the cut. IDK if there was any other abuse that happened. Never took her there again. I meant to write this review before. There was another review that I saw which is now deleted about another customer having the same issue with a cut on her dog. Do not use this place for your dog at least for grooming. I avoid male groomers now just to be safe.
