Absolutely loved the salad here! They allow you to choose a lettuce mix then add in whatever you desire from their extensive selection of salad mix-ins as you move down their salad assembly line. I went with the spring greens mix ($4.30) then added in an avocado ($1.40), tomatoes, black olive, mushrooms, cucumbers, mushrooms and goat cheese. All the non-avocado mix-ins I chose were under $1 with the exception of the cucumber which was $1.25. You move along in a line similar to Sweetgreen, selecting your mix-ins as you go. At the end of the line, they mix up the salad very nicely and add your preferred dressing. My substantial salad rang up at $13.38 with tax.
In my experience traveling in PR, not a lot of places offer large meal sized salads like places like Sweetgreen do on the mainland.
The whole experience was a little slow since they were slammed with a lunch crowd when we visited. The parking here can be a little difficult as so many businesses share the same lot. Bathrooms could be a little cleaner so I am subtracting a star for the parking situation and bathrooms, but the salad is definitely a 5 star experience. read more
