Jacob found a reasonably priced tire for us and it was ready right before closing. As we started to get into the vehicle, Jacob and another tech ran from the store and got our attention. They had noticed that something was wrong when the tire was back on the ground. It was crooked. We received some suggestions for a repair shop as well as cold water. We made arrangements for a Lyft driver and hotel. We returned the next morning and the tow truck driver was able to coordinate with Discount Tire employees to reload our vehicle. Shoutout to Assistant Manager Jacob and the technician who kept us safe and helped locate repair shop options.

They got my car running again and got me back on the road. I took it back this year to get a scan and they have to do some more work but they getting it done in a timely fashion. I'm always hesitant to trust auto mechanics and those that service cars due to how many times in the past that I've been BS'd about needed repairs. Not so at this Car-X! Manager Bob talked to me about my bad tire and took me out to the bays to show me the tear in my tire. These tires had 60,000+ miles on them and I knew it was time. Bob talked me through the tire styles that would fit my Sonata and I decided to stay with the Hankook tire that came with the car when purchased. The price for everything was around $800. -- surprise! -- but Bob quickly calmed me down by suggesting I apply for a Car-X credit card to help spread out the payment. I was approved in minutes and soon drove off with my new tires and oil change. Bob has since been promoted and is no longer in this store but his replacement, whose name escapes me right now, is just as helpful and professional when I schedule my appointments and arrive for same. My car is serviced by the time promised. The waiting area is small but clean and offers free WiFi, television and snacks for purchase. The mechanics are helpful and respectful and provide good customer service. Sam is especially nice and helpful. I wish I knew the other guys' names but they too are helpful and thorough. I drive by this place every morning and never would have thought to go there if it wasn't for you Yelpers. My husband always goes to Sam's Club for our tires but I'm happy to support this business and not have to go across town to give my hard earned money to the Walton family. Lastly, when I purchased my tires from CarX I had already been to Sams and got a quote and appointment for new tires. Car-x matched the price and delivered a find product on the same day as service.
