There were several people inside getting plates together and one guy at the back of the truck at the BBQ cooking the food on the grill. We ordered: 1. Kalua Pig Nachos 2. BBQ Chicken & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 3. Pork Belly & Pastele Combo with Gandule Rice 4. BBQ Chicken Plate The food was okay. The chicken, rice and mac sald was a little bland but we were hungry so we ate some of it but did not finish it. I was hoping it was better that it was. I love coming here on a Tuesday too because of the $2 tacos, who can beat that?! The service is always amazing. If you see a red tent with "city mill" on it, most likely you are in the right spot. Certain food setups give you hints the food is about to be on point. This is one of them. There isn't a fancy sign or over presentation, mostly just delivery. The two folks under the tent (I'm assuming they were the owners and operators) were friendly and to-the-point. I glanced over the menu quickly and selected the number 1 because I was kind of pressed for time. It was one of the best gourmet dogs I've tried. It had slaw and chili on it. I opted to have cheese too. You can pretty much customize your dog however you desire. I'll probably get a different next time until I work my way through the menu. The prices of the options are listed on the menu. The operators told me they have a IG page @bustyomoufllc and I could go there to see their schedule. They take tap and Apple Pay so that's always a plus for me. Don't just take my word for it, try it out for yourself and let me know which one you tried.

The hot dogs are filling and it is hard to find a meal for $6 on North Shore. I am sad that I discovered this on my last day on North Shore as I would definitely go back!

The flavor is more on the subtle side compared to how it looks. I wish the sauce had a stronger flavor to it. The cheese also didn't add to much flavor either, so it tasted pretty close to the original. There's also a decent amount of rice, so it at least somewhat fills you up. So keep that in mind if you're trying to have a lot of different dishes at a food truck event!

They also sell spicy noodles which looked really good. But after a long day walking at Aloha Stadium; we were already hot and tired. The wraps came out pretty fast. They are made fresh and it was HOT. The pork belly is thin but has a lot of flavor. The rice was like sticky rice. Not too hard and not too mushy. The size is like a regular sized spam musubi. The cheese baby wrap was pretty good. It went well with the pork belly. The added siracha sauce was a plus. Their pork belly wraps are pretty good and I would recommend giving it a try especially if you love pork belly!
