She does an exceptional job, she's funny, and she takes her time to make sure everything is completely clean so you know it'll be perfect! The vibe itself is so cute, and everything is extremely sanitary. There was cleansing wipes for you to use inside the room before they see you and I think small details like that are what make for the best experiences! I've had to rebook appointments more than once, because I still had remnants of spray tan on my face and another time because of my tretinoin use. I started keeping a cancellation list in my phone because of this. It's well over 15 in the last year alone. You can often also expect to wait 15-20 minutes on a good day just for her to get started. There were several times I would sit there waiting for my appointment to start. Several times she would stop working on me and text other clients to cancel them because she was so behind with me that she had to make up a lie to cancel the next poor client. She told me several times that I was "too big. And needed to lose weight." She also would tell me stories about other clients and her paranoia about someone trying to steal her job is next level. She is so paranoid about other electrolysis providers paying people to "study her work" and steal her job. She's sent me emails outside of work randomly being paranoid that I would report her to Kaiser. She also has gotten so unprofessional with me over texting and told me she sent me to LA for a hair check with my surgeons just for me to "get a reality check." Do yourself a favor and don't go With Fara.
