    Regular tropi chop

This was a regular tropi-chop they add so much rice and no meat it's supposed to have 6.5oz of chicken this only had 2.3 oz. This place is just not worth it anymore.

Chicken Caesar salad with a rancid straw wrapper

I ordered food to takeout on 6/08/2026 at 11:16 am. After I've already arrived at my home I realized that the restaurant forgot to put chicken on the chicken Caesar salad. I came back later in the afternoon at 5:45 and the manager agreed to remake my order. After already eating some of it I noticed that there was a rancid straw wrapper... literally garbage in my food. The manager agreed to refund my order, but did not offer any other compensation. I recommend skipping this place and eating somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting quality of food and service.

I ordered ahead using there app. Two cars in the drive through which moved fast. The employees was friendly. Parking lot was empty and minimal people inside around 6pm. I would return and best part about ordering ahead is they have rewards.

Tastey chicken, great sauces. The family meal is our go to on Friday nights but it used to be a lot more affordable.

As a first timer, I knew I wanted to start my experience with a two scoop meal with two sides. I had a coupon for $5 off an order of $15+. The flavors I ordered included the Olivia's Old South and the Sassy Scotty with broccoli salad and loaded baked potato soup as my sides (I originally asked for the grape salad, but they had ran out for the day). The loaded baked potato soup was AMAZING. This soup was both hearty and flavorful, really making itself a staple to reorder. The broccoli salad was sweet and had the perfect crunch to each bite. With so many chicken salad flavors to try, I knew my first order would only be the tip of the iceberg. Hands down, the Sassy Scotty stole the show for me. It was packed with flavor, seasoned perfectly, and the chunky bacon bits took it completely over the top! The Olivia's Old South was super nostalgic, reminding me of how my best-friend's mother makes her chicken salad. The sweet pickles perfectly complimented the scoop, adding an additional layer of flavor. My only critique is that I would have loved to taste more of the boiled egg. The pickle included with my dish was yummy and I also enjoyed my cookie. I cannot wait to return to sample other flavors off of the menu, and to get my hands on one of those croissant sandwiches.

We had been to another of their restaurants before in Coral Springs and liked it. My husband is a veteran and saw they were offering a meal in support of Veteran's Day. (Thank you for doing this!) We decided to try this location. I got their "scoop" of Kelli -- which is chicken salad with almonds and cranberries. It is slightly sweet and the nuts add crunch. It comes with wheat crackers and a yummy iced cookie for dessert. You have your choice of sides. I got their Mac n cheese -- served hot -- which was okay, but did not pair that well with a cold "salad". Next time I'd get their pasta salad, I think. A gal stopped by to clear our table and was nice enough to get me a lid/cover for my Mac n cheese container (taking it home for later consumption) as well as a bag. My husband had a similar meal but enjoyed the grape salad as his side. Just as a note, the ladies room was spotless and had some of the cutest signs displayed on the walls. We will definitely return here. Just wish there were some closer locations on the east side.

Maybe I can work that out with my therapist. Me: "Doctor, the people at Culver's just don't seem to care about me very much." Therapist: "It's not just the people at Culver's..." So, I placed an online order for curbside pickup: two double ButterBurger meals and two custards. I pulled into the curbside area, checked in, and waited. To the store's credit, my order came out quickly! Well...it came out of the door quickly. Actually getting it from the door to my car turned out to be a considerably more ambitious undertaking. The team member entrusted with this perilous journey emerged from the restaurant carrying my food and began making his way toward me with all the enthusiasm of a 40-year-old man heading to that doctor's appointment. Guys over 40 know the one. I watched as he approached, slow shuffling step after slow shuffling step, each one bringing him incrementally closer to his destination. Minutes seemed to pass. Seasons may have changed. Civilizations rose and fell. Still, he pressed onward. When he finally drew within about 10 feet of my car, I greeted him with an enthusiastic, "Hey, how are you?" Nothing. Apparently, the journey had already taken a terrible toll on his constitution, leaving him without sufficient reserves for conversation. But he would not be deterred. He soldiered bravely onward, closing those final few feet until, at last, he reached my window. Pheidippides ran from Marathon to Athens to announce the Greek victory and promptly died from the effort. Watching this young man cross the Culver's parking lot, I began to understand how that could happen. At last, our hero extended a bag containing my burgers and now-cold fries, along with a drink carrier containing two custards, a lemonade, and approximately 3/4 of a Diet Root Beer. This raises a separate question: Culver's, why is your root beer so incredibly foamy? More importantly, since I assume this phenomenon has been observed before, why not wait five seconds for the foam to settle and then fill the cup the rest of the way? I ordered a medium Diet Root Beer, not a small Diet Root Beer with a decorative foam hat. But I digress. His mission complete, our weary traveler bade me farewell with a mumbled, "Here you go." And then he turned. Before him stretched the vast expanse of asphalt he had only moments earlier conquered. Somewhere beyond the horizon stood Culver's. Home. Safety. Maybe a chair. And so his return trek began. A modern-day Odysseus, condemned to wander the parking lot in search of Ithaca. I can only assume that somewhere between my car and the front door he encountered a Cyclops, resisted the Sirens, and angered Poseidon, because I didn't have another 20 minutes to stick around and see whether he made it. Maybe Christopher Nolan will make a movie about it. In all seriousness, the food itself was fine except for the fries being cold, and the order was prepared quickly. The problem was the service. The employee who brought it out was extraordinarily slow, completely disengaged, ignored a friendly greeting, and acted as though delivering my order was an almost unbearable imposition. I'm not expecting someone to sprint across the parking lot, sing the Culver's fight song, or greet me with the enthusiasm of a cruise director. But a normal walking pace, a "hello," and the faintest indication that you don't actively resent both your job and the person whose food you're delivering seems like a reasonable baseline for customer service. TL;DR: The kitchen did its job. The curbside employee appeared to have a serious case of the Mondays. I believe you'd get your [synonym for donkey] kicked for saying something like that. The fries were cold, the root beer was 25% atmosphere, and I witnessed a journey worthy of Homer. Two stars for the experience. Five stars for the epic. Yes, I Googled the spelling of Pheidippides! That guy had to have a heck of a time endorsing checks.

As a creature of habit, we usually get honey garlic teriyaki - it's finger lickin' good with a side of curly fries. Have tried the ribs in the past and they were solid. We decided to sit on the trivia side, which made for a fun atmosphere. Overall, it has that typical hole-in-the-wall bar feel, and everyone was very friendly. We were told they're known for their ribs and wings, so I ordered the platter that included both. For appetizers, we got the cheese curds and fried pickles. They were okay, but nothing particularly memorable. When the ribs and wings came out, the first thing I noticed was how much sauce was all over the plate. It looked like someone had tried to wipe some of it away, but it wasn't cleaned up very well. My wings were also cold when they arrived. I mentioned it to the staff, and they were very nice about taking them back and bringing out a fresh plate. While waiting, I tried a wing and the sauce reminded me a lot of ketchup. I had asked for the sauce on the side, but the replacement wings came out completely drenched in it. That was a bit of a turnoff at first, although I have to admit the wings themselves ended up tasting pretty good. The cornbread was probably the weakest part of the meal for me. I just didn't enjoy it. The potato wedges, on the other hand, were decent and had a generous amount of Parmesan on them. Before my second plate of ribs came out, I told the waitress not to bother bringing them because I realized I wasn't a fan of the sauced version. Another customer mentioned that I should have ordered them dry, so at least I know that for next time. All in all, it was an okay experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when they replaced the cold wings, but the food was hit or miss for me. It's not a place I'm rushing back to, but I wouldn't say it was a bad experience either.
