Shortly thereafter, we were presented with a sizzling skillet laden with steaming hot grilled meats including chicken, steak and salchica (sausage). The fajitas are accompanied by Spanish rice, guacamole, pico de gallo, beans, grilled veggies, and homemade tortillas. I haven't had a meal this authentic and delicious since our visit to Puerto Vallarta last year. The meats were cooked perfectly without being overdone and the flavors were all spot on. They have so much more than just the chicken. They have other protein options, plates, and burgers. They also have Aguas frescas (horchata and Jamaica) I got a Jamaica (hibiscus).
