They are always very courteous at this location and I've not bad a bad experience! There's some parking and it overflows into the adjacent parking lot. There's a small customer ordering desk and queue but it's often easier to order mobile and sit down, grabbing a table and number. They deliver the food quickly and are nice about asking to refill your order. It gets pretty busy here so order early or be prepared to squeeze into the few empty tables available. read more

Chick-fil-A normally got Mobile Thru Order right. Last couple of times has been a miss. Friday, February 6, 2026, we received order, Southwest Salad, 4 Chicken Tenders, and 2 Lemonades. When we got home, instead of Chicken Tenders I had a box of what looked like 6 nuggets individually wrapped in a roll? I checked my receipt again and had ordered chicken tenders. Remembered their opening day on my way home from work. Made a mobile order moments before I arrived. This location is MADE for the high volume this store will be getting. I zoomed through the mobile drive through. I scanned the QR code and Waited.I was in and out in about 6 minutes. The regular line wrapped around the building. Food was hot and fresh. This is a newly built Chick-fil-A. The drive-thru and parking lot (flow over) are extremely spacious. The dining room is small to me but there's outdoor seating. The service is OK. The associate who took my order was sweet and pleasant; however the employee working the lobby was not. This restaurant doesn't have a counter for customers to ask for help or to request condiments. The customers have to rely on the employee who is working the lobby. Overall, Chick-fil-A has a great customer service; however, I suspect a few rotten apples managed to get on payroll. read more

The person who took my order at the drive thru was wonderful but after that was awful. I ordered a #1 meal. They made me move to a spot marked A and never returned. After 10 minutes I had to get out of my car and walk to the window and request my order. Of course they ignored me until I said something. They gave me a sandwich only. I had to ask for my fries. This is one of the newest, new build, locations for Chick-fil-a. The restaurant is well designed and there are plenty of seats at this location, and with the crowd it draws this is important. As with all the other franchise restaurants the standards are high. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I look forward to my next trip here. read more

I placed an order through the app, thinking it would speed up the process, and I wanted to try the new mobile lane at a recently opened Chick-fil-A. My order included an eight-piece grilled chicken meal, a free grilled chicken sandwich, a free spicy chicken sandwich, and a Cobb salad without corn. I added strawberries and left the other toppings, plus I swapped the nuggets for strips on the salad. Since my local Chick-fil-A was under renovation, I drove 20 to 30 minutes to this one. When I arrived, the lines were long, including the mobile order line, so much for a quicker process. Once I got to the front, a young lady informed me that they couldn't prepare my custom salad because, in the evenings, they stop making custom salads due to the volume of customers. I explained I couldn't have the Cobb salad with corn because of an allergy. She said she'd check with her manager. After a while, she came back and said they still couldn't make it, and asked if I wanted anything else. I ended up ordering chicken strips and a side salad. It took them a long time to bring the food out, and when they finally did, I mentioned how inconvenient the whole situation had been. She just stared at me and said she understood, so I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting, a manager named Destiny came to speak with me. She was polite at first, and I explained the situation, mentioning that I had driven a long way and the app didn't indicate that I couldn't customize my salad. Destiny then told me the real reason they couldn't make the salad: they had no fresh lettuce because it was frozen. This contradicted what the first employee had said. I expressed my frustration, pointing out that I shouldn't have been charged for substitutions due to my allergy and their app's inconsistencies. She just smiled, which felt patronizing, so I told her to stop acting like she was belittling me. She stopped smiling but said they could refund my money if I returned the food. Annoyed, I said okay and threw the food on the ground in front of her. She just thanked me and walked away. This was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A. Destiny was more focused on getting the food back than ensuring I'd want to return as a customer. The location may look great from the outside, but based on the staff and my experience, it's far from it on the inside. I will never go back, so sad I was treated this way. read more

I went through the drive through today. After taking my order, the young guy working there asked me if I know Jesus and said, "He is our Lord and Savior." The guy had entered my order incorrectly. He probably should stay focused on his job and not try to act like the missionary of the Chick Fil A drive through lane. Visited location which Chick-fil-a had recently moved into. When remodeling the location many conveniences were not addressed. When ordering there is only 2 checkout registers available. Even though I went at 11:00 on a Saturday it should not have been a peak time, but I still had to wait in line to order. No drink station is available at checkout to give you your drink when you place your order. When my meal arrived the fries were barely warm to touch. The drink does not come out with the meal and the person said my drink would be out shortly. A couple of minutes later my drink finally arrived. Refills could not be given at the checkout counter. They were busy with orders and no drink fountain was available. The person delivering food and drinks had to be stopped and he had to go in the back to refill the drink. read more

I hate this location. The system is so awful and ridiculously slow. They have a handful of ppl taking orders in random orders but only one person can take payment. It's a worse system than the other location. You should just order from the app because it seems that's the line that moves fastest. And if you get your order before the ppl in front of you, you still have your wait for them to get their order in order to leave. read more

I am a regular customer at this Chick-fil-A because it is the closest one to my house and I've returned Chick-fil-A at least 4 to 5 times a week I am the highest level member in the Chick-fil-A app and I typically do not have any issues with my order but in the past three days I have had two orders messed up. one of my orders had no cheese, whereas the other one had a completely different type of cheese than what I put in in the app, and as I have autism, this was extremely upsetting for me, and I immediately called the location which they said they would rectify within 48 hours. They did in fact, give me a reward for one chicken sandwich although now at this point there has been three chicken sandwiches that have not been served to me in the condition that I asked for. I feel at this point I cannot keep calling and requesting for them to fix what they are messing up. I don't know if they maybe got a new employee or someone is slacking, on drugs or undertrained but I did not receive this kind of service previously. At this point, I would have better peace of mind if I brought my own American cheese. I am obsessed with Chick-fil-A so it doesn't take much to please me but this place is so NOT Chick-fil-A standards. It's less than a mile from me so I go for the convenience but I will never be coming back. Since the remodel I've tried multiple times and everytime it's something. The extremely long mobile thru line, no napkins/condiments, wrong drinks, etc. I was given my frosted coffee that was dripping down the side and no napkins, I had to sit in the drive through for another 2 minutes or so to clean it off with stuff I could find around my car so I didn't get my cup holder filthy. If the workers were apologetic I'd be a little more willing to try but they're not and they never say my pleasure, that's literally Chick-fil-A's signature line?? I'd rather take the extra time to go to Stone Ridge because they actually know how a Chick-fil-A should run. read more

We went to this Chick-fil-A for a quick stop after our hockey practice. This was anything but quick, we sat it the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting for our food, and when they gave it to us the person in front of us hadn't even gotten there's yet. Save yourself the time and go to a different location. We ordered a meal with a Coke. They said they would bring everything out together. The didn't bring the soda for my father. I then went and they told me it was a mistake on their end. I was told by an employee to go pay at the register and that she would quickly ring me up for the soda since there was a big line. The manager then insert's herself and tells me I have to go to the back of the line. I explained to her and she still told me I needed to go wait in line to pay for a soda that should have been included in my father's meal. The other employee then told her she was taking care of me. She said something on her way to the back to grab the soda. By this time, my father had finished his meal. This took forever and the manager was extreme unpleasant all for a soda that was supposed to come with my meal that I still ended up paying for. read more
