    This is one of the newest, new build, locations for Chick-fil-a. The restaurant is well designed and there are plenty of seats at this location, and with the crowd it draws this is important. As with all the other franchise restaurants the standards are high. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and came out quickly. I look forward to my next trip here.

    Long line and no organization of orders. People behind me were getting their orders quicker than those that were in front of me.

    I placed an order through the app, thinking it would speed up the process, and I wanted to try the new mobile lane at a recently opened Chick-fil-A. My order included an eight-piece grilled chicken meal, a free grilled chicken sandwich, a free spicy chicken sandwich, and a Cobb salad without corn. I added strawberries and left the other toppings, plus I swapped the nuggets for strips on the salad. Since my local Chick-fil-A was under renovation, I drove 20 to 30 minutes to this one. When I arrived, the lines were long, including the mobile order line, so much for a quicker process. Once I got to the front, a young lady informed me that they couldn't prepare my custom salad because, in the evenings, they stop making custom salads due to the volume of customers. I explained I couldn't have the Cobb salad with corn because of an allergy. She said she'd check with her manager. After a while, she came back and said they still couldn't make it, and asked if I wanted anything else. I ended up ordering chicken strips and a side salad. It took them a long time to bring the food out, and when they finally did, I mentioned how inconvenient the whole situation had been. She just stared at me and said she understood, so I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting, a manager named Destiny came to speak with me. She was polite at first, and I explained the situation, mentioning that I had driven a long way and the app didn't indicate that I couldn't customize my salad. Destiny then told me the real reason they couldn't make the salad: they had no fresh lettuce because it was frozen. This contradicted what the first employee had said. I expressed my frustration, pointing out that I shouldn't have been charged for substitutions due to my allergy and their app's inconsistencies. She just smiled, which felt patronizing, so I told her to stop acting like she was belittling me. She stopped smiling but said they could refund my money if I returned the food. Annoyed, I said okay and threw the food on the ground in front of her. She just thanked me and walked away. This was, by far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced at Chick-fil-A. Destiny was more focused on getting the food back than ensuring I'd want to return as a customer. The location may look great from the outside, but based on the staff and my experience, it's far from it on the inside. I will never go back, so sad I was treated this way.

    Food Poisoning was the only thing I had eaten so it couldn't have been anything else . Workers are friendly food was not.

    Never opened at 6:00 am. Have been by 3 different mornings. What is with that? When ya want a sausage biscuit, ya want a sausage biscuit.

Everyone was friendly, spoke Spanish (which always gives me hope), and made me feel like I was visiting family. They were fast, helpful, and actually seemed happy to be there. Rare these days. I don't think she liked that by her expression, right after that she grabbed a pastry from the front and went to the back to eat which she was still visible, not sure if she paid for that but that's non of my business, my business is that she had me wait 14 minutes while she was on the phone and enjoying her treat. At this time more people walked in and she started making food. This is when I realized that they assemble your food after you order and since my tip wasn't sufficient I felt she had me wait.
