Her order was at the last minute & somehow she persuaded, (pushed,) Katrina to bring to me that same day. She made an extra effort to accommodate as they'd already delivered to the westside in the morning. The delivery was made to my absolute joy from CDA by a delightful young woman, Chanelle. I'm so happy with my gift, impressed by this florist and grateful they went the extra mile. BTW for those who wonder, (as I did after the delivery,) yes, tipping floral delivery folks is a good idea. (Im typically a good tipper & honestly didn't give it a thought when Chanelle came. I will stop by next time Im in town to leave her a belated one.) Thank you all for making my day extra special. Ordered a green + white arrangement, florist's choice, and upgraded to a "Deluxe" arrangement, which I assumed would mean nicer flowers...or at least some of the flowers and succulents shown in the AI-generated image next to it. I ordered the arrangement to be delivered the following day, as I know same-day orders can result in a lower-quality arrangement due to limited stock on hand in the shop. I also requested in the delivery instructions to please text me a photo of the arrangement. Never got a text of the arrangement from the florist as requested, but the recipient was kind enough to send me a pic. Now I know why the florist didn't send me a pic. I was SO embarrassed...this arrangement looks cheap...like it was a last-minute grab at a grocery store. All told (delivery fee, tax) this arrangement was $115. Would YOU pay $115 to have this delivered to a loved one? Fool me once, shame on you.

This is more of a 2.5 star review than 2, but not high enough for a 3. She is really nice & we communicated a lot via email. She creates a Pinterest board & you basically pin ideas. Simple enough right??? Nope. Here is a list of things I asked for & did not get - 1. My bouquet was supposed to be a cascading style. Even put pictures of the look I wanted. Well I got a pretty classic style bouquet that was not a cascading style. 2. The boutonnières were supposed to be wrapped in brown twine. Nope. They were wrapped in some type of green tape. 3. My dessert table was supposed to have extra greenery that I paid extra for, but I did not see any of it. My bouquet also had a giant pin that I didn't notice poking out & it pokd me. Made me bleed. She also delivered the bouquets in water. Which I get to keep them fresh, but they didn't arrive until 30 mins before the ceremony, so we were holding wet bouquets for a bit. Idk whose fault that was, but I was upset they were wet bc some of my BMs got their dresses wet. Overall things still looked nice, but I had a vision for a wedding. Sent her pictures & she said she understood. The invoice even said "WRAP WITH BROWN TWINE", "CASCADING BRIDAL BOUQUET", so where was the mixup there?? If you can use another florist, I would recommend that bc there is obviously a lack of understanding on her part even with a Pinterest board with concise pictures.

Amy did such an amazing job for my wedding…read more Through Wedgewood at Eagle Ridge, I met Amy from Linny's Floral Design. I came in with a tropical theme but I didn't want it over the top, something simple and elegant. In my first meeting with Amy, I was able to share a vision I was looking for and Amy immediately knew what I wanted. By the second time we met, she shared some thoughts and images via Pinterest that were spot on to what I was asking for and was on her way with planning her master pieces! When it came time for our wedding, I was so impressed with the decor and bouquets. Amy took my scattered thoughts and brought it all together to create a beautiful setting. The bouquets were beautiful with big tropical leaves, white anthuriums and orchids. The reception decor was perfect with matching center pieces and a cake table covered in big tropical leaves for our cake. And the sweetheart table, OMG - SO BEAUTIFUL! I am so happy with how everything turned out. Amy made the process easy and stress-free. Everything exceeded my expectations, YAY Amy!!

I had a friend give me a hard time about purchasing local, so I tried these guys. I paid a very large amount for flowers for my daughter's birthday. I purchased them online and called the store. the person I spoke with was in no way customer service oriented. I explained that I wanted the school colors. The flowers arrived much later than we discussed. They have brown edges and are nowhere near the school colors. never again Duncan's Florist Shop. You just lost all opportunities with me: I cannot get that experience back for my daughter. I also know that her friends noticed too. They commented that they were not the usual fare.
