On the outside it just looks like a random house in a plaza of restaurants and other businesses. It's super clean and tidy. The ambiance is so relaxing. All staff members are very professional and pleasant. I had to fill out a form about my health history, areas of concern and discussed with Rebecca that I'd like my upper back, shoulders and neck to get extra attention. I wanted my lower back to be avoided due to an annular tear in L4 and to focus on my right trocanter because of my sciatica. Unfortunately, as much as she agreed and acknowledged my request, none of it was followed through. I did tell her I prefer a harder pressure versus a Swedish massage and was never asked if pressure was okay. Other than that, I had an overall good experience.

Next was experience shower - i selected relax, it was mostly warm and very refreshing after that a 12 min dip into the hot tub. Following that was the ice fountain - you think putting ice on your body would be odd but coming out from the hot tub it felt amazing. We then headed to the steam room followed by a cold plunge (we only lasted a minute!!) and ended in the salt tepidarium. Staff was very helpful and at times would pop in with a wet cold towel (always at the perfect time) and while in the salt tepidarium surprised us with a healthy juice shot. Love an experience and this one was truly great! They provide a watch so you can keep track of your time and the stations! As well as sandals that can go into all the areas - even the pools! I forgot the name of my pedicure but I picked a $67 one. I asked for a gel pedi (white color). First of all the dead cuticles around my toes weren't completely removed. From the chair I could still see dead skin. The pedicure itself was very soft, too soft for my taste. The white color is difficult to work with - I know, but this is such a popular choice there should already be an expectation. I had to ask for a third coat of the white cuz I could still see steaks and the shade of white wasn't opaque enough. Not sure if it's because he's a guy but they should be able to notice that. If I see it, they should see it. I see they have a lot of good reviews so I guess to each their own but I personally wouldn't come back again. Not the worst experience but not worth the drive for me or the money. I drove about 35mins because of the reviews so this was a miss for me. I will say Kevin gave me an amazing foot massage and while that was a 10/10 my priority was the pedicure with color Price: I went with my boyfriend and we both got the same service and it came out to $172 with tax BEFORE tip
