I had upgraded the gel ((edit: I did pay for a more expensive gel and expect any gel in a manicure not to bend when you touch the end of your nail)). I will not go back as I don't like my nails breaking to the point they hurt. I had 7 / 10 nails break so low on my fingers that it hurt, and I am gentle on my nails. On top of that he filed my nails completely down when I asked him to just soak the acrylic off because I was about to walk out with ugly nails plus an infection. The acrylic was stuck to my skin on the side of my nails ugh horrible experience. Didn't even let him cut my nails because he kept hurting me.
