When I walked in, the younger daughter seemed more bothered by my presence rather than appreciative to have a new potentially loyal customer. After I got my toes polish by her mother, She began to prep my nails for a full set. I informed her very nicely that she almost clipped my skin with the nail clippers, and she snarly replied "You still have a lot of nail don't worry" when I reiterated I was more worried about me bleeding, she responded " O, Don't worry I'm not, I can see". THEN she proceed to almost clip my hand AGAIN. The tools do not come in individual sanitized utensil bags. I went in with really thick, bad nails. The last place I went made them look pretty bad, with dark powder underneath shellac. It took Tammy forever to get it off and completely redo my nails. But she did! And she paid attention to every minor detail. I have never, EVER, had some completely dedicated to making them look great, even though it was a long time. She gave me the same great service on a pedicure. At first I was put off because they didn't have the "platinum" massage chairs I was used to, but I am a completely humbled woman. No fancy nail place can compare to the amazing service I got here! Make an appt!! Visiting some friends here and I needed a manicure something fierce. Checked out a bunch of places and reviews on the app and decided to stop in. Very glad I did. Wasn't that long of a wait at all, Kim was very very nice, and her mother did my manicure. Loved the hand massage, and even though there were several people waiting behind me she took her time and did an excellent job. They also spoke English, which for me is a big plus. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely return when I come back to LC. read more

My daughter & I went to this place a week ago & much like some other people's experiences, we felt like an inconvenience to them. I spent $150 in there & expect way better service for it. For the person who got a full set & pedicure for $50, that must have been a family discount. We got a full set, 2 pedicures & a gel manicure-$150. Also had to repeat what we wanted multiple times-must be a language problem! My daughter got a full set & her nailbeds hurt so bad she took her nails off by day 4 or 5. We were referred to go here by someone we knew, but we will never be back and will not recommend them. I know there are nail places all over, but this one does not want your business, obviously. I don't not suggest anyone to visit them. They placed my nails in crooked & when I suggest her to fix them, she had a very bad attitude about it. She pulled my hands very roughly. I stopped her & removed myself from the business. This was the worst nail experience I ever had. read more
