And the crazy thing is that the man who had done this disaster set was the same nail tech that used to do them perfectly years ago...I guess he was just burnt out-and it absolutely showed!!! When I arrived at my appointment, Miah started my soak off and was so professional and sweet. My appointment was with the owner Lynn who was finishing with another client and then she stepped in. The removal of this other set of nails was only 3 days old and they were so misshaped and thick that I couldn't stand to wear them a minute longer!!! Lynn spent extra time and was SO careful not to hurt my natural nails during the removal process which I really appreciated!! Other times that I've had removal done in the past to let my natural nails grow out, they always burned me with the file and filed too much of my natural nail off during the removal process! Lynn gave me an amazing set of nails!! She did everything that I asked and never made me feel like I was a bother or that I was picky at all!!! Low and behold, we were the only ones in the nail salon. It was around 12:30 PM on a Monday. The owners, husband and wife, both worked on my grandmother at the same time. Which saved lots of time.
