I LITERALLY can't say enough about the owner Lynn and her daughter Miah. Both ladies were fantastic, spending so much time on my nails. I came in with a literal disaster from another shop!! And the crazy thing is that the man who had done this disaster set was the same nail tech that used to do them perfectly years ago...I guess he was just burnt out-and it absolutely showed!!! When I arrived at my appointment, Miah started my soak off and was so professional and sweet. My appointment was with the owner Lynn who was finishing with another client and then she stepped in. The removal of this other set of nails was only 3 days old and they were so misshaped and thick that I couldn't stand to wear them a minute longer!!! Lynn spent extra time and was SO careful not to hurt my natural nails during the removal process which I really appreciated!! Other times that I've had removal done in the past to let my natural nails grow out, they always burned me with the file and filed too much of my natural nail off during the removal process! Lynn gave me an amazing set of nails!! She did everything that I asked and never made me feel like I was a bother or that I was picky at all!!! I am from out of town and needed to remove my nails and get a pedicure. I did search up the best place and saw some negative reviews but still gave it a try. I arrived around 12:45 . I was immediately greeted and sat down for 15-20 minutes waiting with my 3 year old daughter. Then a young lady began removing my nails with a nail clipper and after that she shaved it down very carefully. I was asked to sit at the pedicure chair and someone would be with me shortly. Another lady began prepping my nails to soak them off and put them in foil. Not long Lori, prepped the water and began working on my feet. She did a great job taking her time. I was very relaxed!! When I moved to a chair so they can work on my finger nails the young lady removed my nails being very careful not to hurt me. Time was going by and my daughter got antsy and was just tired. They kindly offered her a snack. Which I am grateful. After all was done and was there for a couple hours I was very happy with both my manicure and pedicure. The environment is very welcoming and friendly. I am very happy with the customer service provided. My nails look beautiful. I did save this location because if I am in town I will definitely be coming back.! read more

The gel manicure is not even a manicure. It is literally just a polish change and an expensive one at that. I chose this gorgeous light pink color before I went on vacation and three days in my nails were stained brown and my polish was peeling. That has never happened to me with a gel manicure much less a regular manicure. Extremely disappointed by the quality. I will definitely not be back. read more

Ok hear me out, I am not from lake Charles and have been looking for a good nail place since moving here. I have been disappointed with every place, whether it be bad service, expensive prices, bad nails, etc. I was skeptical to try happy nail but I'm SO glad I did. Hands down the best nails salon in lake Charles. The workers are KIND, take their time and truly care about customer service. The prices are also the best I've seen yet! $35 for dip nails and $28 pedicure?! Unbeatable. The older man is also wonderful. I had terrible ingrown toe nails and he fixed them all pain free. They have made me a customer for life! read more

This nail salon is one of the best nail salons in Lake Charles in my opinion, although I am still in search of the best nail salon in Lake Charles this one holds the number one spot so far with consistency. The big problem is there are so many nail techs, however almost none of them really know how to do nails well enough to make the cut.
