First off…read moreI got a pedicure and they gave me luke warm water so I asked for hot water and the guy told me he wouldn't drain it for me and give me hot water. Second off I asked for a regular pedicure which was 30 dollars but then I asked how much a parrafin wax would be and he said 10 dollars extra. I ended up paying 50 dollars for the pedicure when it was supposed to be 40. Then I went to get my nails done and asked for a short, coffin shaped French tip. He gave me what looks like stiletto nails and the French tip is so crooked and isn't shaped very well. He then filed my nails and about 4 of them were facing to the right crooked looking so I had to file my own nails to even them out. He not only screwed my nails up and charged me 65 dollars for them but also pushed my cuticles back with his nasty thumb nail that was all shades of what looks like he hasn't washed his hands in decades!

Both were very friendly, personable, and professional. The salon is clean and neat, which we always appreciate. My wife especially loved how easy it was to pick her nail color -- they have a great binder right at the pedi chair that made choosing simple and stress-free. Prices were very comfortable for the quality we received, and it was clear the team really appreciates their customers. We felt genuinely welcomed and taken care of. We'll definitely be back!
