Amy is amazing. I got my nails done somewhere else with a party and had to go back Amy a week later for a new set.
I've been coming here for years and I love this place and the staff. They have recently renovated and it looks wonderful. I've never had an issue with a lack of communication or fulfilling my expectations. I often communicate how I would like my toes trimmed or how short I want my nails and I've never left disappointed. The atmosphere is relaxing on the days that I wish to remain quiet and pleasant when I feel like having conversations. I'm pleased with the cleanliness and will continue to enjoy the service here.
So. . .it was my daughter's birthday yesterday and she decided she wanted her, her sister and her cousin to get a pedicure together. I chose this location because I liked the setup of the seating for pedicures. She was super excited when she walked in but was thrown off because we weren't greeted upon entry. My daughter walked up to one of the ladies who worked there and told her (as I instructed) that we had an appointment. She was seemingly ignored so I spoke up a bit to get their attention so she could repeat herself. We chose our colors and were told we could sit to get started. I sat my daughters and niece first and explained it was my daughter's birthday, but for some reason, I looked up and everyone was being serviced except for my daughter. I could see she was disappointed so I had to instruct the ladies to service the young girls first since this was their experience as I explained earlier. We began to enjoy ourselves, talking and taking pictures when I felt that my big toe was cut too low. I made the technician aware but her demeanor showed to be a bit dismissive. As she started to file my big toe, it felt like she was scraping my skin (which was painful), again, I let her know she cut my nail way too low and she didn't respond. As she continued, she hurt me yet again and I responded with an "ouch". . .nothing. My daughter is enjoying herself so I let it be. My daughters and nieces definitely enjoyed their experience. I believe my sister who joined us did as well. I personally wasn't that pleased because my toe being cut extremely low exposing my skin and the lack of acknowledgment was disappointing. I ended up having to put a band-aid over my toe because it brushing up against anything is painful. My other toe is cut very low as well but thank goodness, not low enough to hurt. The establishment was very clean, the setup is very nice and the employees were nice enough. My one suggestion would be to let them know, before they start cutting, how low you'd like your toes cut because she either didn't care or she was oblivious to just how low she cut my toe nails.

Needless to say, I loved it so much that I booked for a full set a few days later. I was met by Tiffany when I walked in. I showed her a photo of my nail inspiration and asked her if she could do mine similar to that. She not only replicated it, but my nails came out even better than the photo I'd shown her. She is quick, meticulous, talented, creative, and pays extra attention to the details. If you're looking for a calm and serene atmosphere, with people who make their clients a priority, this is the place. It is the absolute epitome of zen.

The technicians kept being pushy on getting gel polish multiple times which had never happened in all the years I've been here. My tech was the last to sit and get to work on me. No hello no greeting just straight to the question "gel??" By this time I was annoyed and said NO! You know when you feel people are talking about you ,we felt it. When my tech was scrubbing my feet with the scrubber she cut my big toe in two places. I didn't get her name because again she didn't even introduce herself she was new for sure, I only recognized Kay who was working on my cousin next to me. No apology just paused and kept going. I loved polished bar and had been coming here for years thinking I finally found a great shop. All the nail techs I liked are gone. Except Kay, two stars for her because she's kind and accommodating. I'm afraid my patronage here is over after this experience. I paid $37 (tip included)for a basic regular polish pedicure.
I've come twice for pedicures and I really recommend this place! They also take appointments and I really recommend placing one, especially if you and a friend are both getting pedicures. The interior is nicely decorated I appreciate that as a customer. The ladies and gentlemen who perform the pedicures are very professional. They do a great job trimming your nails and making them very uniform and neat. The pedicure services are also so relaxing! They do a lot of massaging and use a variety of products (sugar scrubs, skin creams, hot rocks, hot towels, etc) that feel great on the skin. I am glad to have found a nicely decorated and high quality pedicure spot!
I go to Alex-he is amazing!!! I luv his work. Top Notch-can't vouch for the others but Alex is damm good!! I also like the setup of the shop. The owner is very accommodating
Not worth the price in my opinion. The work is messy and over priced. A 3 day set looks like 2 week old set. Over priced for the quality. Recommend looking elsewhere.
I love this place! Super clean and the staff is amazing. Alex, the nail tech is an artist and so gentle. It's actually fun to have my nails done again! I can't recommend Alex enough. When you need a well deserved break and pamper session, pedicures are the way to go! My sparkly toesies enjoyed the aromatherapy soak and paraffin wrap. The aching legs enjoyed a soothing hot stone massage and scrub. And my tastebuds enjoyed the mimosa I got to go with my pedi! So lucky this spot is walking distance from my house...because I can see I will be a regular here! read more
I received a gift certificate for Christmas from Polished Nail Bar. I finally used it yesterday. Beautiful nail salon, lovely modern decor, exceptional customer service, good music, peaceful and serene environment, love the bench seating area for pedicures with extra pillows. Comfortable cozy and super clean. Tina helped me, she was very friendly, sweet and professional. She was recommended by the person who gave me the certificate. I got an upgraded pedicure ($58) which included a variety of treatments including a soak, steam, mask, salt scrub, hot towels, massage and more. I opted for regular polish. Great pedicure! I also got a basic manicure. ($25ish). Also great service: cuticles trimmed, nails cut and filled, mo polish per my request. I haven't felt this relaxed and enjoyed my visit to get a mani pedi in a long time. read more

I've been going to this nail salon for three years now and they are so kind and accommodating. It's easy to make an appointment and my appointments are always on time. I get pedicures every two weeks with Kayla and she is always consistent. She also does amazing lashes. Kayla takes her time and does an excellent job. Her lashes last a long time and the experience is always relaxing. I have also had my nails done by Butterfly, and she is excellent at dip power manicures. Three weeks ago I left a three star review because my acrylic set was subpar. After that I received a call from the salon and they offered to fix my nails at no cost or when it was time for a fill I could come back in at NO CHARGE. Since I had to leave town, I opted for the fill upon my return. Today I went in for that fill and the tech did a good job on my nails. However, when the fill was over they instructed me to go to the cashier to which I was puzzled because this fill was to be at no cost to me. I did leave the nail tech a good tip, but when I went to the cashier she told me they were going to give me a good deal and only charge me $20 of the $40 fee for a fill. My face clearly displayed bewilderment and the cashier told me they were giving me a deep discount. I am confused; they gave me a deep discount for a service that was to be at no cost due to the terrible set of nails that I paid way too much money for initially ?!?! If I would have known they were going to charge me any money, I would've never gone back. I will not be returning to the salon. I wish them well, but I will not do business with those who do not stand by their word. To be fair, right after my nails were finished and before they told me to go to the cashier, I did "check in" here and I was satisfied with the service. This rating is not about the nail tech's ability, it's about the professionalism or the lack thereof regarding the monetary transaction that should not have taken place. read more

I actually love this place & highly recommend ALEX. But the reason for my giving a 3 star rating is because my last 2 experiences were pretty bad. Both times were because the staff did not remember or write down that I had an appointment (9/2/2021). The first time I had made an appointment for 1PM for a full set & pedicure. After I got my hands done, it was time for my pedicure. The lady argued with me and said I didn't make the appointment when i did & I even had a confirmation message from them confirming both the full set & pedicure Now the second time was just today! (11/18/2021) I made 2 appointments for 11AM to get 2 sets of nails removed. THAT IS ALL. When I arrived ON TIME, the lady immediately said to me "I'm so sorry we are busy come back another time" I said "No... I had made an appointment for 2 @ 11AM" she then continued to argue with me and yell across the room to everyone else who worked there and told me she still couldn't take me. So unprofessional. And a huge waste of my time and gas. The odds of me coming back to this place are very slim read more

Kay does the best eyebrows, I wait however long until I am able to get her because she does my eyebrows perfect! I love polished nail bar. They do the best toes and eyebrow waxes. I have to say Alex outdid himself again! I gave him a simple idea and he created the most beautiful holiday set I could ask for! I also love the holiday vibe of the music at the shop. And the quality is impeccable. My set lasts upwards of a month if I let it! I highly recommend him for any nail art! read more

Truly the best place to get your nails done. I let Alex take creative control and he gave me the most beautiful Christmas set I've ever had. It's cute, fun and so pretty. He takes his time and thinks of every single detail. The staff is sweet, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Very clean and gorgeous nail salon. I love coming here. I've been coming here for a while now and I go to Kayla and I used to go to Diana as well. I love how Kayla does my nails she's always patient, she pays attention to detail and does such a great job. I think this is the worst full set of acrylic nails I have ever had and I get my nails done frequently. I decided to try a new salon and I shouldn't of. Ana was the nail tech and as she was very talkative and kind to me, her skills as a nail tech were non existent. I had got my nails done for a corporate work Christmas party and to say I was embarrassed is a understatement. She had to of put 5 layers on my nails, she was so messy she would use her nails to scrape it off while it was wet but she ended taking it off the nail too, not just my finger. I have horribly shaped almond nails with bubbles underneath. So disappointed in this salon because I loved the atmosphere but I won't be going back. read more
