She invests in clean, natural products and even attends out-of-state training sessions to further her education in this profession. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, and she recommended something slightly different that was much better for my nails, given their condition. I'm so glad she did! It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me strengthen my nails. Also, the massaging chairs here are better than most. Prices are on par with pretty much every other strip mall nail salon. While the polite lady did an OK job on my feet, it was just ... OK. Not bad, but not award-winning. The trimming of my nails was fine. Even the work on the cuticles. Though she used the cheese grater on my feet, as well as a sanding block, I felt like it was just enough, and nothing more. The scrubbing of my calves took her all of 15 seconds. And the color, which I get every summer, wasn't exactly the best paint job I've ever received. She took her time, but I just don't think she was very qualified. My experience could also be due to me going in at noon on a weekday. Still, I would return here.

After which I made an appointment for my hair to be done at 1 at a different salon 10 mins away. 2 1/2 hours, plenty of time right? Wrong. As usual it took half an hour from the time I arrived to even begin soaking off my nails. Then it took another 3 hours to actually get my nails done. It wasn't a complicated style. A solid gel polish with some small gems on one finger of each hand. No intricate detail. So needless to say after getting out of my appointment at 2 I missed my hair appointment and my nails weren't even anything like the picture I shower. Today is also my birthday so now I get to have gross out grown hair and nails that I honestly didn't even want to pay for. There was also a girl that had an appointment at noon who had to sit there for 2 hours while the nail techs chatted to each other about random things completely stopping in the middle of working with their clients to gossip. No professionalism what so ever. I have 2 stars because Ashely the owner is extremely talented and does a good job. So if you have an extra 3 hours than you had originally planned to get your nails done then this is the place for you. As for me I won't be going back.
