This location is in the Westlake Mall and it was massive. Perhaps the largest nail salon I have ever been to personally, (I am from California) I sat at a table down the middle near the back. There's a wall of polish, but you will never get near that wall. They will bring you menus with nail colors. I was given two to choose from and one of the two books happened to have a color I was trying to replicate which was perfect, but I think they must have more colors. They just didn't show me others. Definitely busy with lots of people doing Mani/Pedi. I'm not sure about the value. I think it was higher than what I expected to pay for a gel mani and my nails were kind of in a weak state so I felt like they could've prepped my nail bed better for strength before putting on the gel but otherwise, it was exactly what I needed. My thumb nail cracked down the edge into my nail bed a within the week :( Coming from California you always think everything is going to be cheaper outside of California and this perhaps because of the nice location is pricey, it was $43 for a gel Mani. You can decide if that is a value for the quality. They did not offer tea or water. I asked for water but they said, no. This must be the spot for locals as it was busy.

After which I made an appointment for my hair to be done at 1 at a different salon 10 mins away. 2 1/2 hours, plenty of time right? Wrong. As usual it took half an hour from the time I arrived to even begin soaking off my nails. Then it took another 3 hours to actually get my nails done. It wasn't a complicated style. A solid gel polish with some small gems on one finger of each hand. No intricate detail. So needless to say after getting out of my appointment at 2 I missed my hair appointment and my nails weren't even anything like the picture I shower. Today is also my birthday so now I get to have gross out grown hair and nails that I honestly didn't even want to pay for. There was also a girl that had an appointment at noon who had to sit there for 2 hours while the nail techs chatted to each other about random things completely stopping in the middle of working with their clients to gossip. No professionalism what so ever. I have 2 stars because Ashely the owner is extremely talented and does a good job. So if you have an extra 3 hours than you had originally planned to get your nails done then this is the place for you. As for me I won't be going back.

Went and asked for a gel manicure and got that. That was good. But I had acrylics and wanted them…read moreremoved so I could have my natural nail done. They proceeded to remove my acrylics by popping them off with tweezers and then told me my nail was weak after they ripped part of it off when removing my acrylic. They were ripping my nails off and breaking the acrylic off. I asked for them to stop and they said that this was the way they were going to do it. My nails were very red afterwards and I will never be returning. I have never experienced so much pain while getting my nails done.
