I would not recommend taking your BMW for service here. I followed all of their recommendations but everything they touched on my vehicle went from bad to worse. My bill reached $7500 (and that was with a discount) not including the work that was done under warranty. In the last five months I only had use of my vehicle for a total of one month. New problems kept coming up every time I got my vehicle back which I believe was a direct result of a repair not done correctly. I ultimately had to take my vehicle elsewhere. At the time of purchase I also purchased maintenance warranty and vehicle warranty. I asked him to consider some sort of refund. Immediately responded with,nothing I can do. This family run franchise makes buying a car such a pleasure. Everyone from the receptionists, floor manager right up to the maintenance manager was professional and welcoming. Shawn De Souza came highly recommended to us and he did deliver. He searched the inventory list several times to make sure we got into a car that we would absolutely love. I was truly impressed by the product genius Rob Taal - who's enthusiasm and knowledge made our test drives such a valuable experience. His boasting about the cars obviously inspired us to make the purchase IMMEDIATELY. I really enjoyed having this brand ambassador onboard for the drive as it felt like less of a sales pitch and more like a product endorsement which made me feel really comfortable as he was able to answer all of our questions. Policaro obviously felt like having a product specialist is an investment - something that other luxury dealerships didn't consider and made this dealership stand out heads and shoulders above other brands and even above other BMW dealerships that we visited in the last month. Around two and a half weeks ago one of my vehicles engines completely stopped working, went down to Policaro BMW and was instantly greeted by the Service Manager, Sebastian Campisi. I explained my problem and he immediately said bring the vehicle down here and we'll get it all sorted out. I had my vehicle towed there and turned out that there was a recall on it that I was unaware of. Sebastian then identified the problem and had his techs look at it, from there he turned me over to one of the Service Advisers there, Ashley Altomare. She handled all paperwork and was extremely friendly and approachable. She constantly kept me updated in regards to what was going on and was very informative. I have two of the same vehicles (E70 X5's) and turned out the same recall was also on my vehicle, so we went ahead and brought it in and had it serviced. A few issues popped up which separate from the recall which were promptly addressed with no hassle as well. I'm so impressed by every single individual here at Policaro BMW, from when you first enter you're greeted by one of the people that run the drive thru (Dino) he always says hello with a smile and a genuine look of care for you. He joked around and said hopefully the next time we see you its just for an oil change. The SA's William and Ashley are both amazing, always ready to help and answer questions when asked. Both Jennifer and Candice always inquire about whether or not I've been helped or if I need assistance, which highlights their care and commitment of the customers. Sebastian stood out for me the most, as his dedication to resolving any issues I had; as well as his friendly nature have made me decide to move all my business to Policaro BMW. When it comes time to retire my vehicles and purchase new ones, I will be purchasing them exclusively from here due to how I was treated and how much respect I was given. They offer free wifi as well as coffee, water, soft drinks and snacks. When in the waiting lounge every so often one of the workers comes around asking if they require something, sometimes when you just enter the showroom itself they ask if you'd like to drink anything. It makes you feel good and it shows that they genuinely care about your experience there. They also have lots of gorgeous vehicles on display, with a dedicated ///M display with a gorgeous white BMW M4 as well as black BMW X6M. Their parts department is also really nice and organized with a lot of merchandise for sale. I will definitely recommend all my family and friends to try and come here to both purchase a vehicle and/or have their vehicles serviced here. read more

Brought my car in to see why my passenger halo lights were not working. Service said that the entire light assembly was to be replaced, and needed "reprogramming" which would cost me at the lower end $1000 to $2000. No appts avail for 6 weeks. Came home and asked a friend who has a BMW. Bought a bulb at cdn tire for $19.99 (same bulb made in Germany). My husband put it in and voila! 5 minute job! I would not trust them again. read more

Very dishonest and unprofessional sales rep. I leased a vehicle for the first time a BMW X5. We spend about 4 hrs negotiating a deal with a sales rep named Asen, I was very firm on my monthly payment cap. So he run some numbers for me and he came up with a payment $905/mth with a down payment of $18,000. In our conversation with the sales rep i specifically told him I would use my car for my business (I work in sales all over the gta) I told him I drive about 20,000 km a year. Bottom line he got me on al lease with 16,000 km a month and told me "don't worry in three years you bring the car and I will get you in a new one" I asked i didn't understand how that work, because I usually finance and I've never leased a car before, he said you simply bring the car in two to three years and I will give a new lease. I, being a business person, asked him if I would have to pay any penalty for breaking the lease, he said "no not all you bring the car and I will work something for you, you won't break the lease you simply change in to a new one" two years later I went back to the dealer turned out the guy (Asen) was fired (I said he was very cunning in the way he got me in to this lease, to what the sales manager added "that is why he is no longer with us") I'm now stuck with a negative equity of $14,000 and I'm forced to take on another crapy lease with them (because everyone is washing their hands implying I signed the deal understanding I had 16,000km/yr) or pay about $9,000 for the extra mileage that I will approximately have at the end of the lease. Really bad experience if you are leasing for the first time and the sales rep says to you "no no don't worry I'll work something for you" get ready to be screwed basically. I wouldn't recommend this BMW dealer the customer care is terrible and very dishonest in my opinion. read more

Be Cautious !!!! Just Bought a new x5....on Pick up day: They Forgot to buff out scratches on the back hatch, They forgot they ordered new plates, They didn't want to accept 'certificate of insurance'---'void cheque'---'mailing address on insurance' even though all these were approved earlier in the week by my sales rep. The Paperwork took forever over 3.5 hours of waiting with no answers and each employee blaming the next employee. The salesmen guaranteed me my scratches would be taken care of immediately, i said i would bring paperwork requested to my appointment when the scratch would be buffed out, and instead the salesmen threatened to cancel the financing if it wasn't sent immediately. My scratches still hasn't been fixed and after calling the dealership 3 times to speak with a manager of some sort to help no one has returned my call. I do sympathizes for my salesmen as he was New and he was not as familiar with the process as he should have been, however the dealership did not help to rectify the mistakes in anyway. read more
