Pole fiction has been so pivotal in my growth as a pole dancer. I have been working with Trish as my private instructor and my experience continues to be one of strength and faith within myself, both inside and out. Just this past Septmeber did I find myself having grown to such a place where I performed a routine in my very 1st ever showcase performance which was created professionally and fashionably by Trishs' effort, having it at the beautiful center for the Arts Pima Performing Arts Center. There was a live audience in a spacious auditorium, curtains drawn, music loud and playing. It was an incredible moment in my life to have performed that day and it had all to do with Trishs expert guidance and help in creating a routine that I both loved and enjoyed dancing too. Her sessions are so focused and intentional and is always held in care and respect. She is very inclusive and is a safe place for people like me, LGBTQ+ community members. She is fun loving, can enjoy a laugh and keep the seriousness of our training sessions so I always leave feeling valued as a student, a unique dancer and as a human being. She really helped me touch base with my inner creative artist and always gives room and space for my own style to pour through even though we may have started with an agenda as always, she never got in my own inner artists way whenever it would express itself in the moments, in fact, she was always able to identify it and call it out even more as absolutely welcomed and needed in our training sessions. I am a better dancer and person because of her involvement in my life. If anyone is serious about exploribg and becoming more of their true selves as a unique creative artistic expression, then Trish is a person you can trust to be able to do just that. She truly has her heart in what she does and as a highly sensitive person myself that values spiritual growth, practice and development, it is always a great thing to be around those of us that has our hearts best intentions especially in the business sector. Trish is absolutely amazing! Ive been in a workout rut lately and really needed something interesting to switch things up. I got way more than I bargained for! This class so much fun that I didn't even realize how much work I was putting in! I went grocery shopping after and could barely push the cart! I've never done anything like this and didn't think I would feel very comfortable. I was so wrong! Not only did she make me feel 100% comfortable, but she also took the time to ask questions about my fitness journey and any injuries I may have. Coming into the first class I had many doubts on what I would be able to do, but she absolutely demolished them! During the class you can choose if you want her to take video of the moves or not. She sent me the videos the same day and it was awesome to be able to see myself doing what I never dreamed I would be able to do and to share with my friends. And after another class I was able to compare the videos and see my improvement. Another cool thing that seems like a small detail but just makes the experience even more personable is she allows you to choose the music. I'm only able to make it once a week and she gave me suggestions on moves to do at home in order to become stronger and accomplish more during the lessons. Her studio is very clean, private, and easy to find. I feel so strong and empowered during and after every lesson. You can tell that she really loves what she does! Trish is fantastic! I have been taking private lessons from her for 5 weeks now. I am mostly a home poler and noticed that I wasn't progressing or working as hard as I should be. I have been to a couple of the other pole studios around town but haven't found a good fit so I decided to give Trish a try. Her prices are very affordable. They are private lessons so I don't have to wait for other students to move onto the next move. We cover a lot of ground in those 60 minutes! I definitely feel like I am successfully progressing and landing moves I wouldn't have thought to try on my own. Her studio is clean and welcoming. I appreciate her range of knowledge for other mediums besides pole; I have gotten to work on floor work, chair, lollipop lyra and use yoga equipment to help target certain muscle groups that need a little extra help. I want to say how very happy I am that I was able to find Trish Iavarone teaching pole dance/fitness in our area. She is able to evaluate the students level of ability and works with that. If more time is needed to work on a move, Trish will spend the time showing and explaining the move. How it is done and alternative ways to get the feel of how the move is be. She makes the class fun and encourages you along the way. She shows you what you will eventually be able to do once the beginning moves have been mastered. Knowing what is coming down the road is always an inspiration/goal to look forward to. The warm up exercises are fun and hard, they are different each time I have done a class with her, which is always a nice surprise. The cool down stretches feel so good after working out on the pole. So I got get a free intro class with Trish by a happy random circumstance. I thought it would be a class but it was one on one. I was super nervous to have all the attention on me and I didn't think I'd be able to do anything because I am not the fittest. Trish was so kind, enthusiastic and explained/showed me what to do in a way that was easy to understand. Because of this I had a fabulous time and I was able to do WAY more then I thought I ever could. Some cool spins and even climb the pole. I felt really good about myself after and I was totally sore so I got a good work out. I had attend a pole class somewhere else and found the instructor wasn't nearly as good as Trish because I could barely do the moves.... I was very frustrated but not so with Trish! I started wearily in a group class Iwas invited to. I loved it from the moment I was there! Signed up for a package and have been in classes ever since. After 4 sessions(1 month) I could already see the toning in my shape and the general strength that I have. My body is QUICKLY getting to where i wanted it to be! The classes are personal, FUN, and they WORK! You barely feel like you are training, but the results are astounding. I model for several pin-up magazines and would cite Trish as the reason I was able to keep my shape through tamale season, and still provide killer shoots. It also ADDED to my confidence, making my poses more quick, natural, and sensual. And the lines on my body are much more pronounced (get them curves ladies!) I've been attending to Trish's studio for 9months and she is AWESOME! First of all her studio is clean, well taken care off and nicely decorated. She really personalizes your class depending on your current strength; and she will help you star building that strength up. She definitely encourages you, pushes you to the next level but also knows how to do all this in a safe way (she won't make you do something that could get you injured).
