We were hoping to get a tour of the gym but we were told that the manager is leaving soon so we wouldn't be able to do a tour and were handed an iPad to sign up and become members. It would've been lovely to be shown where things are and had my questions answered but, clearly Angel wasn't interested in helping us. We left and joined a different gym.

I just witnessed an absolutely shocking incident at Planet Fitness, 4848 N. Old Oracle Rd., Tucson,…read moreand I cannot recommend this location. On March 8, 2026, around 1-3 AM, I saw a young member being aggressively chased by an employee for what appeared to be a personal issue. The kid had simply scanned his membership card and was walking toward the locker room, minding his own business. The employee immediately approached him in a confrontational manner, followed him through the gym, and even went outside after him. The young man was clearly trying to avoid any confrontation and repeatedly shouted, "Stop! Why are you doing this? I didn't even do anything!" Three other gym members had to step in to de-escalate the situation. During this time, the employee reportedly called 911 and claimed the kid attacked him with a knife, which completely contradicts what I witnessed. From my perspective, the young member was simply trying to use the gym like any paying customer, while the employee escalated a personal conflict into a dangerous situation. The fact that the kid was later reportedly banned is shocking and completely unfair. Planet Fitness employees are supposed to ensure safety and professionalism. Instead, I saw a grown adult use his position to intimidate and chase a scared, polite young member. No one should feel unsafe or chased out of a gym. Management should review security footage immediately and take serious action. I cannot in good conscience recommend this gym. This location clearly failed to protect its members, and it was deeply disturbing to witness.

ETA: I only wish you success in life and that is our differences. I don't have any smart alecky…read morethings to say about you. I think you are very talented in what you do. I will continue to say that. However, it is not my job to stroke your ego. I actually enjoyed your classes and looked forward to going I was going to stop for a bit until my body got over the shock it was in. I don't know how to use zelle or any of that kind of stuff, so I asked my daughter to do that for me. Emily's partner was going to pay for any classes she wanted or the 2 of them wanted together. Please remove my "glowing" review from your website. You helped me feel empowered and gave me the wherewithal to quit smoking cigarettes and for that, I thank you. If you would have talked to me just a little bit more instead of judging me and making assumptions, I was terrified that I was out of remission. I'm pretty sad things turned out the way they did, but I'm happy I'm not being used anymore. It's pretty sad that when one decides to live a healthier lifestyle, the support just isn't there. After using nicotine in cigarettes and vape, I honestly thought my coach would support me. I can't say I wasn't warned. At first, the classes were fun, and I enjoyed time with my daughter. We did take classes together. I acknowledge that, but we also wanted classes separately, and as you will see by these pictures, that was pretty frowned upon. Eventually, as younger people do, my daughter advanced a bit quicker, and I wanted my own classes, as did she. I lost quite a bit of strength during that positive lifestyle change. I thought I could build that up quicker on my own. Trish suggested that I do open pole, which would bring her more money. I had thought about that, and my daughter was dressed to take over if things got tough for me, but by the time I sent these messages and hadn't had any instruction for 11 days and it was being suggested that I wait 19 days, I started to figure out that perhaps I was just the purse strings and taxi driver for my daughter. I'm happy I finally realized that. It was actually my daughter's partner who asked me to write a message because he felt that something wasn't right here. I'll be forever grateful for him. I hope she quits changing her contracts because the one I have a copy of says much different. As far as knowledge, I wouldn't recommend her. I bought a home pole, and with one phone call, I was told that home poles have a different feel. Trish told me that the different feelings from home and studio pole were caused because my severely disabled son licks his palms, and perhaps I wasn't cleaning it well enough. That answer in and of itself shows an extreme lack of professionalism.

As for your comment regarding how you gave countless suggestions of other dance studios, be it as it may, I got assaulted in the same complex as your studio currently resides in, as you know. I didn't wish to return to the complex, but I came back because I thought you were my friend, and I loved the way you taught, but as the saying goes true friends stab you in the front and you certainly did not do that be it as you lied. My question to you now is how did you know that I did not wish to continue despite what happened and my mother wish to quit? I do have my own money separate from my mother. How did you know that me and my partner didn't reconcile and want to take classes together? I guess we will never know. I guess my mother and I are one of the same. I would also like to know what your numerous problems with us were? To sum this review up (so it doesn't get removed), classes started well. The instructors seemed nice, but it quickly soured. Of course, this will be another "cute" review, but as a parting goodbye, I would like to inform you that you know nothing about me. I'm glad my partner and I will not be attending any of your classes, and I hope you have the day you deserve. ETA review from Google: ETA: Yes, I do have my own voice. I was flabbergasted by the text message you sent my mother.I never thought you were that kind of person. My mother doesn't know how to use Zelle or Paypal so she had me send her payment. As for my partner, I never brought him up because I didn't think it mattered since at the time we were fighting, I didn't know if he wanted to try a class, but surprise surprise he did, after my glowing recommendation. Here you want some more truth, let me add. I enjoyed learning in heels, I liked Reanna's class, and I thought your silk was pretty. I grew unsatisfied because every class started to feel the same and I couldn't master certain moves after months of practice at home. I will not be recommending you to my friends anymore. I wish you all the luck.

AIR Aerial Fitness -- SO glad I gave aerial another shot!…read more I actually tried aerial yoga years ago and had a rough experience (hello motion sickness ), so I was hesitant -- but WOW am I glad I tried again here. The instructor was absolutely fabulous. I mentioned my past experience and she moved at a thoughtful pace, checked in often, and made the whole thing feel safe and supportive. We even did inversions with zero head pressure, no dizziness, no headache -- total redemption moment. The workout itself is such a cool fusion -- think a little Bikram-26-and-2 discipline, Pilates control, barre elements, stretching, and full fitness conditioning all rolled together. Total body for sure: upper body, legs, core, even squats and strength moves I wasn't expecting. I loved how playful yet challenging it felt. They offer candlelit aerial classes, mat + silk combo formats, weighted classes, and structured sessions for all levels. Bonus for travelers: they're on ClassPass, which made booking super easy for me while on the road. Honestly one of those "so glad I gave this another chance" experiences. Fun, empowering, and definitely not your average workout. ** Note they do offer classes for kiddos & host private parties and groups - bridal parties - social clubs -- etc .**
