Their times are listed on their website, however the studio doors are locked during classes, and if your on line waiting for the next class you are forced to stand outside or in your car until the doors open for the next time. For a person who coordinates their days around actual concrete times and appointments this method is awful and agitating. When you call the number listed on the website there is never an answer, just an automated voicemail, which gives absolutely no immediate resolution. The calls run to the manager of the locations, so the class instructors do not receive the messages, therefore do not know if anyone is outside waiting. I doubt if I'd come back, but if I did, I'd be prepared to wait outside, have a late start class and the class to run over.

I wasn't able to do so at the time because I worked night shifts. I spoke with my partner about it in casual conversation and to my surprise the classes were booked, I was ecstatic! My 1st class for the Novice series was on September 21, 2016 class went well and I was looking forward to my next class. September 24, 2016 the Pole Pump class was scheduled for 12:30pm the instructor was a NO CALL NO SHOW!!! When the owner was contacted she claimed this has never happened and was worried about the instructor. Although another student waiting with me admitted to the same thing happening to her the previous Monday. The owner assured us that the fees paid for class that day would be returned (which has yet to be done). Today September 26, 2016 the Poleooza Discovery class was set for 6:30pm AGAIN NO CALL NO SHOW!!! NO COURTESY CALL, TEXT, EMAIL ETC. My classes are BOOKED and PAID for in advance so there's no reason why an instructor did not show YET AGAIN! As a business how do you take someone's money and not have the class that was promised? This is the 2nd time in a few days that this has happened and it's completely UNACCEPTABLE. Rushing from work to make it to class and no one was there, lights off and to add to the foolishness the owner didn't pick up the phone nor can you ever get someone to answer the phone and the voice-mail doesn't allow you to leave a message. I'm so disappointed!!!

They blatantly violate your normal healthy boundaries in front of…read moreeveryone, they respond to your good news with dismissal and criticism, they don't take the time to see your perspective, many things you share with them are roundly dismissed and they are quick to give negative feedback without even getting the full story, it doesn't matter that you didn't get to fully explain because they were never going to support you anyway, they jump all over you for asking a basic question from ignorance, they take many opportunities to talk crap about your stuff, or your choices they will tell you that you need to be in therapy or need to be on medication....in front of other people without a second thought.
