Karen really understands how muscles work and their relationship to your nervous system. I literally witnessed her healing my daughter's lower back muscle pain back due to an L4/L5 stress fracture. I witnessed Karen showing me which muscles should be firing after a particular motion and which ones should not. She somehow rewired her nervous system to understand that the injury was done healing. (For my daughter, she healed after 9 weeks.) When we left to see Karen, my daughter had back pain. When we got home, my daughter said she did not feel back pain anymore! We are forever grateful for Karen's help! Karen has also worked on me for the past few years. She is the kindest, most passionate, generous human being. You are lucky to have found her! (Karen, I apologize that this review has taken me this long to write. Please forgive me.) We miss you greatly!!!

I've booked an appointment for my husband as well; he thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to go back. I've told many friends about Atlas Muscle Therapy - truly a hidden gem in Willow Glen. Thank you Karen for providing such amazing service!!!

We also had wonderful conversation, including some niche shared interests, which made the experience feel both relaxing and genuinely enjoyable. I'm just passing through, but I'm in the area several times a year, and I'll absolutely be booking with Irena whenever I'm back.

We had Stephanie and Lindsey help us and they were both very in tune for hearing our needs and accommodating based on the pressure that we wanted. The experience was very relaxing. It was extra special with the little treat of a couple chocolate balls, roses, and a thank you card for servicing us. Very impressed with the massages as well as the business!

I contacted her, knowing by her reviews that she works Monday-Saturday, so likely wouldn't respond until the end of the day, or on a break, and more likely the following day. She responded within an hour! I gave her my availability and she gave me hers, which was mid September :( I booked it. That far out, along with great reviews, tracks for someone worthy! As much as I really needed a massage, I was willing to wait to see if she was that good. I figured I'd find some subpar massage and tough it out until September. She texted later that she had a cancellation. I snatched that immediately! Me telling ya'll this is like giving up a monster buck zone location, or a awesome fishing hole, or great-grandma's secret recipe, you just don't! Vonnie was everything and more I was hoping for in a massage therapist. She's kind, professional, knows what to ask and knows how to execute it! It was the absolute best massage I have ever had and I have had many and pretty good ones. Head-to-toe, she hit all the right muscles, pressure points, nerves. It was extremely relaxing and just what I needed. She earned every dollar and tip! I am booked for life! I hate writing this review because I don't want to ever have to wait, but I am paying-it-forward to her because she truly deserves it. Vonnie, you are the best! Never leave me hanging
