All those who have marked down this place as a scammers are wrong and should have deleted the reviews. This place is Freight Forwarded company, meaning, they are middle man for people like myself and many other who would like to order items from US, but the companies would not deliver internationally. This neither any other Freight Forwarding companies have nothing to do with your accounts being hacked. They just receive instructions to forward purchases to designated addresses which are registered with this service. They have no way to tell whether the item was purchased in legal or illegal way. Now, before you decide to put the bad review, maybe you should be marking dow Walmart, or Forever21 for not having their sites secure enough, or just think that you are the guilty of this not keeping your passwords secure. Have a good day ahead and keep safe. read more

On September 30th, 2024 I ordered a parcel to be delivered at the following address: 5 South Main Street, CXP1300062 ENGLISHTOWN, New Jersey 07726-1558 United States According to USPS tracking number 9400111206211455997362: My item was picked up at a postal facility at 10:00 am on October 3, 2024 in ENGLISHTOWN, NJ 07726. Please find the link and the screenshot attached of USPS tracking page: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400111206211455997362 Since then, I asked the parcel service ColisExpat for my parcel and they wrote that they never got it delivered in spite of USPS tracking report. I reported them to the eBay seller and to eBay, who refuse to refund me because they argue that it was delivered according to USPS. I filed a complaint for theft in order to determine who did pick up my parcel at the postal facility at 10:00 am on October 3, 2024 in ENGLISHTOWN, NJ 07726. AVOID THEM - Polar Express and ColisExpat - AT ALL COSTS. They steal the parcels from the customers like me. They are liers and robbers. I will add the screenshot from the USPS tracking page, so that you can check all the details. read more

Received a message from a sock puppet account, Cali B, blaming me for being hacked by someone using Wish with nefarious intentions. I assume they wanted me to remove my review of this reshipper, but I'm keeping it and updating here as a warning for whoever receives a fraudulent charge for items being sent to this address, or a weird message if you negatively reviewed this listing. It's a scam and you should get get your money back. If this company doesn't vet the validity of their orders when they KNOW they're being used to reship clearly stolen items, that's on the business and not on the customer. read more

Someone from this address named Svetlana hacked my Gilt.com account in 2018 and tried to use a large credit I had in my account. Fortunately I received the confirmation email from Gilt.com, and I was able to call them and cancel the order, and close the account and set up a new account. What's weird, is in 2023 I went to finally use the Gilt.com credit and buy something, and Svetlana's information shows up in my new Hilt.com account. How she got access to it again is baffling because I created a 20++ digit password with multiple symbols, numbers and upper and lower case letters, so I'm not sure how they cracked it agin. read more

Hi, I'd like to inform some of the reviewers here that An Post (the Irish National Postal service) use Polar Express as an intermediary in their AddressPal service that they provide to some customers. The AP number on the second line after the name is the AddressPal identifier number you are given that is personal to you. We are charged by weight for this service. While some parties use this for suspicious means, I can assure some of your reviewers that the ones with the Irish names and the identifiers are totally legitimate. I know a few people on boards.ie have been complaining because their products weren't shipped to them so just passing this on. This service is pay by use and you pay by weight. read more

Well, these guys are just an unscrupulous "business" that allows unsavory hackers from Russia to buy goods from your Amazon/Walmart/Ebay account and ship it to this warehouse (348 Robinson Ln Wilmington, DE 19805), where they repackage the items and send them back to Mother Russia. These hackers change the password on your Amazon/Walmart/Ebay to lock you out of your account. In addition, they hack your email and add filters to your email so that all emails related to their fraudulent behavior go straight to the trash can and so you won't see emails from Amazon like order confirmations when this happens or reset password emails that would normally tip you off that something is going on. Don't believe all the 5 star reviews that they post on their website -- they are all from their most loyal hackers in Russia. read more

This is a RESHIPPER SERVICE, not a scam company / business. The reason so many scams come from here is people from other countries (usually Russia or Russian-speaking countries based on the complaints) will hack e-mail accounts / scam people, and have the packages sent to this address to be shipped to their country. The reshipper has no idea if a package was purchased legitimately or by a scammer, so they reship it as told, and once it gets to the country, it's pretty much a done deal. To other E-bay sellers, if your buyer tells you to ship here, you aren't being scammed, and even if you are, buyers who use re-shippers forfeit their buyer protections. read more

This company is definitely involved in some fraudulent activity. I had $100 charged to my credit card by WISH & then the person got WISH cash back for canceling the items. They ordered an IPhone from WISH & had it sent to Ludmila Lebedkova, 348 Robinson Lane for 90639, Wilmington, DE 19805. Already filed fraud charges w/my credit card company. We are an online retailer, we received many orders delivered to Polar Express, all of orders came back as Credit Card Fraud, anything sent to this address is suspect to say the least, we recovered 2 orders however we lost thousands of dollars, I must say it is a good scam, there is no one to take responsibility, only the online retailer looses, the card holder gets there money, the scammer gets the product and polar Express gets something, the online retailer looses the product and the money. We have paperwork, email chain and delivery receipts to prove out experience. I would never send anything to this company due to the fact everything that has been sent to them was rejected by the credit card company as credit card fraud, there is no way to prove your case. You will loose your product, your money, and your time read more

Hi guys...for the record, anything that has APW followed by a 7-digit number, is the legitimate Irish POST OFFICE service - AddressPal. It is an Irish state service offered to people based in Ireland who need a USA (or UK) address to purchase something from US (UK) buyers who don't ship to Ireland. A verified account has to be set up with a bank account, and fees are charged, plus any import duty/taxes payable to the government on delivery to the verified address in Ireland. Polar Express is obviously not the same... read more

Purchased a Cozmo robot and had it sent to Polar Express for onward shipping to Ireland. I'm giving it a 'meh' rating- because they screwed up the customs declaration- resulting in a totally unjustified $75 fee for me in Ireland- when by rights, I shouldn't have had to pay it. Numerous issues- including an inability to switch between currencies- which meant I was out of pocket. I'll not use them again unless its something I really just can't buy over here. Even if its cheaper in the US- I think I'll just bite the bullet and buy it locally. I got my Cozmo about 3 weeks after it was received in Englishtown- and its still at least 2 months before its on the market here- however, I could have gotten a deposit down on a new unit (the one I bought was second hand) for about $60 less than I ended up paying. I got my robot- it took a lot longer than anticipated to arrive- and I got seriously stung with customs and other charges that I shouldn't have had to pay. I'm not particularly happy- though I'm not particularly angry with them either. read more

The woman that answered the phone said she could not help me and that I would have to contact the person that the shipment is under in order to resolve my "issue". Well, a few days ago I received an alert message about a charge purchased thru my Amazon account for over $342 which I did not make. Quickly I called the card company to stop the payment. At the same time I received e-mail notification about this transaction shipment has been process and realize it was then cancelled (maybe the hacker forgot to change the shipping address) However, they quickly repurchase the same item but this time with a gift card since my card company block the old card info in my Amazon acct and issue a new one. Now I add my Amazon login with 2 step verification to increase more security... And I look up the shipping address is linked me to this business. I'm not saying Polar Express didn't do a good job on shipping stuff overseas. But they should really looking into who they shipping for and who is the shipper. Because there are certainly some fraudulent criminal activities involve with the goods they shipped and the transaction of the goods being purchase and sold...they should work with local authorities to crack up the fraud activities. read more

This place needs to verify people who are using this place as a gateway to anonymously receiving products from sellers. They need to listen to other people when they say scammers are using this as a way to hide their identities. Like many others, I have also gotten hacked through Amazon and the items they purchased were shipped to this address. However, if security measures are better, it wouldn't have cost a lot of people time, effort, money, and emotional suffering. I see many comments here from various buyers/ sellers - this company is used by the ( state owned) Irish post office as their freight forwarding company for inward parcels to Ireland - any customer can get an address here, with a number per customer, and the items are then sent here within the US mail system, opened and checked for customs etc , and then forwarded to Ireland for delivery. It is a legit business - they are only the forwarding agency. Yes, it can be abused, but so can many other methods via online selling. Blaming the company is shooting the messenger. I've found tehm to be excellent. read more
