I read many reviews about UPS stores-- and this location and how Manalapan really stood out. The comments about the manager Rosanna prompted us to drive 40 minutes to meet her and inquire about various options about sending a painting to Italy. She and her staff were very very helpful and very practical, and extremely knowledgeable about how to ship. I would highly recommend Rosanna and her staff if you want experience and knowledge! read more

You guys are amazing. I went to the Freehold UPS store and got the run around, went to you guys and was in and out in under a minute. The two people working there were great! Very professional, informative, and made me smile. Before I even got back on to route 9 I got an email that my item was shipped. Rosanna and her staff did an amazing job packing two very large pieces of stained glass. They traveled from NJ to MT! They arrived safely with no damage to the items. We couldn't be more pleased. Prior to shipping they communicated with us to provide us with an estimate how long it would take to prepare for shipment and then an arrival date. Wow. Never expected service to be this great. Ok so I called this place three times today to find a package ups routed there. Each time they put me on hold for over 15 mins each time. Instead of picking me up they just hung up. I don't want my package to be there but according to UPs it is! Talk about being held hostage by UPS. Now I have to take time out of my work day to drive over there to see if the package is stil ther The owner called me after the review and I get it this is a busy time. It's not really the owners fault the package is missing. I just would tell customers that I need to call them back instead of putting people on hold for so long and then hanging up on them. So I change my rating since there was an attempt to help resolve after this. read more

I had to arrange a shipment of a large, fragile item from the Manalapan, NJ store (#6454) to my home in Texas. I was able to make all of the arrangements over the phone with these friendly and helpful folks. My item was EXPERTLY packed, shipped on-time, and arrived without damage. I had no prior first-hand knowledge about this location, but any concerns I might have had evaporated when I saw how well they prepared my item for shipment. This makes me want to ship some more items from this location, but sadly, I probably won't have occasion to do it... but you all should consider it! read more

This is by far my favorite UPS store for all of my shipping needs. Every time I go in there, I am always greeted by a very friendly person and they are always eager to answer any questions that I may have. I went in this morning to drop off a package and they even gave me a cookie because it is their five year anniversary. That was a nice touch! Each time I have gone in , I never experienced a significant wait Before I was taken care of, and with my crazy schedule it is very desirable to bypass long lines! It was even nice to say that they recognize something familiar faces and address them by their name, it definitely makes you feel like they take pride in customer service.I definitely recommend this location for any of your shipping needs! read more

As my family has been in the process of settling my mother's estate, there has been a few family pieces of furniture that needed to be shipped to my home in California. Rosanna and Ilira were so kind to us when we brought these very important items to their store to pack and ship. The furniture arrived yesterday and as we unpacked the pieces, we could see that all of it was packed with extreme care. All of it arrived without a nick or mark! According to UPS, the "UPS" stores are individually owned and operated, hence the sometimes great variance in quality of service among different stores. This is my preferred UPS store, which is clean and spacious and always friendly and professional service, especially the notary service. read more
