The manager, Brian (or Bryan?) checked in with us to see if everything was OK and we inquired about the history of the place. He was well versed on the subject, since he has been involved from the begining. We found out that they have added a wide variety of seafood to their lunch and dinner menu and we will be returning today to try that out for dinner. I got the cinnamon swirl pancake which tasted heavenly and similar to cheesecake. My husband ordered the carnitas skillet with a side of the stuffed French toast which came with decadent homemade lemon butter! Both the skillet and the omelet came with homemade fresh pico de gallo which was delicious! And they both also came with very crispy potatoes perfectly seasoned with seasoning salt.
