At one point I heard one of the workers at the counter audibly belch. I really like the concept, though. You mark how you'd like to build your bowl on a sheet of paper and they assemble from there. Normally, my experience is amazing this time we ordered it a DoorDash order we ordered four orders of the tempura shrimp. The last time I had it it was incredibly good this time. It was so greasy. I couldn't even eat it. Keep in mind I had to pay for each of the orders individually I had to pay a surcharge and cost a delivery charge. I am so tired of these restaurants having a good chef and then somebody with some one who cannot cook. Please get your stuff together because you had me hooked on a temporary shrimp until last night and I had to pay 20+ dollars for each order for four pieces of damn shrimp really everybody trying to get over it it's so exhausting. I can taste nothing but this salty sauce. It's like a bowl of soy sauce with gooey stuff in it. I tried to spread it out all over a plate and mix it up in case that was the problem. But it isn't. Soo good!! This was my first time having a poke bowl and it was really good! All of the ingredients tasted super fresh and it meshed really well. I think I got the marinated salmon and tuna as my proteins and topped it off with veggies like carrots, red onions, and jalapeños. Poke World is great, their other location is better. I order the same thing at both locations, and the other location always makes it correctly. At this location they always argue with me over what I'm trying to order, even though I'm ordering directly from the menu with no customizations. You also have to specify that you want the order made per the menu, otherwise they'll make it unsweet sometimes, even though it's supposed to be made regular sweet. It's a little frustrating, especially when it literally goes back-and-forth 10 times, clarifying that I do want the menu item and not a customization. I'm not using different words on the menu, I am literally ordering the exact menu item, using the term on the menu, with no customizations. And yet it's very difficult to order. That said, if you set aside how difficult it is to order here, they've consistently done a good job. I strongly recommend the cheesy jasmine tea, you just have to make sure that they don't accidentally put in that you want a jasmine milk tea with cheese foam, which is a custom order and like $2 more. Also, if you want poke, go down to poke bros. It's not bad here, but the rice doesn't have the same flavor, and the ingredients aren't chopped very well, which makes it really hard to eat with chopsticks. They cut the ingredients into large chunks instead of small pieces, whereas poke Bros does a really good job of making things bite sized. Bottom line, do come here for bubble tea, just watch what you're ordering on the screen and be specific, but skip the poke. read more

Service: Everyone was super nice! Environment: Cool environment. I like the decor! It would be a great place to study, play board games with friends, and just hang out. Menu is easy to read! What We Got: strawberry black tea and mango black tea. Less sugar (50%/half) for both drinks! It is slightly more sweet than I'm allowed, but it tasted awesome! I might just ask for no sweetness next time and let the boba be the added sweetness. Poke bowl had sushi rice as the base. 2 proteins: tuna & salmon (not marinated). I decided to give Poke World another try. I had previously visited the week before and noticed that the service was off although we were pleased with our selections. If you are visiting for the first time - the problem is that when you walk up, the menu is facing you and one would think that you would order on the side where the menu is and pick up on the side. We stood there looking up at the menu and waiting and no one ever said a word...Another customer (that had obviously been there before) walked in and went straight to the side and placed an order. We followed behind and went on the side. Again - the young lady behind the cash register just looked at us, completely annoyed especially when we had to go back around to check out the menu again because it's not visible from where you are standing to order!
