It can get busy in this lot but there are usually spots. If you are dining in then you seat yourself to the left and you can scan and order from a QRC code or they have table service as well. To go orders you can go right to the counter and order from there. I've only tried the ramen, appetizers and bubble tea not the bowls yet. The ramen and apps are delicious. Very balanced flavor and with right amount of spice and heat. The yellow ramen noodles were cooked perfectly and the chausu was also great. Their rewards include free food or drink items depending how many points you have. I have also tried some of their drinks. The POG drink was good but sweet. I also tried their ube milk tea with boba which was not my favorite. I had to knock a star off since the boba was not quite done correctly. It was not as soft in the middle as boba should be.
