All I can say is....WOWWW!!! Tonight I had such an amazing dinner, really delicious! I came for dinner after my Dr's. appointment and this time most tables were taken and many take out orders being picked up! Most customers that night must be regulars because the owner, Andy, was sitting with many and giving hugs, handshakes hello and goodbye to others. Tonight I started with the fried Shumai again and it was just as flavorful as the first time I had it! Main course was a favorite dish of mine. Beef prepared in a very mild garlic sauce with onions. I have to say New Kanda NAILED IT!!! Honestly, the flavor was over the top! The beef were large pieces and so tender, succulent, no knife was needed!to cut. I could cut everything with the side of my fork. This dish was perfect on all levels and the absolute best I have ever had! Now comes dessert....I ordered the fried banana. I asked Andy if ice cream came with the dessert. It did not but he graciously added it, free of charge. Andy also brought me a squeeze bottle of their honey because I like the dessert with extra honey. This way, I could add enough to my liking! I cannot rave enough about New Kanda! You are honestly doing yourself a disservice not to visit here! It will no doubt become your go to chinese restaurant like it has for me! Its about 40 minutes from where I live but well worth the trip!!

The new name has renovated the whole menu. Now it is all you can sushi for 29.99 for dinner and 24.99 for lunch. No price can be beaten by that when everything has went up so much. The only concern is if you don't live around the area, it is a long drive to get there. The service was super fast as food came out quickly. There were many different kind of special roll that you wouldn't even know which one to get. The space was a bit outdated and the lighting was kinda of dark. Overall we really enjoyed the time there and the food was great. If I am around, I will definitely go back.

Strip mall fusion Chinese sushi. Very clean and modern decor and plenty of booths and tables. Service is very attentive, the owner makes sure to greet every table and say hello. Food is OK, not great enough to make this a consistent destination, but definitely not terrible that you avoid eating here. Doesn't seem to get overcrowded during prime time, so good back up spot for last minute plans.

    4. Kung Pao - Shrimp - not spicy at all - $14.95 - shrimp was great.

Happy lunar new year! We need a hard working ox to get us out of this pandemic. **website ordering for delivery, they are quick** Ordered via the website, super easy. The website offers a future "deliver at" time. So I picked 6:00pm. Dinner showed up 30 minutes early at 5:30, while I was still in a video call, and the misses was still working on someone. **menu / sushi** The menu is the Cheesecake Factory of sorts of all things Asian. Game on, kids wanted sushi - maki combo - Done! (nine novelty rolls with all sorts of tobiko, tempura, crunchies, spicy tuna, eel, avocado, kani, yellow-tail on top - kinda stuff). Each are $12/$13 so you save literally a few dollars by ordering the combo $105 instead of $109, ya, I did the math. The sushi was ok. **other dishes** I couldn't decide so just ordered four dishes, nothing wrong with Chinese food leftovers right? Did Hunan pork, Szechuan beef, Kung pao shrimp, and chicken with eggplant in garlic sauce. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. I can't say there was much discernible on the styles of the dishes - except the coloring. Hunan was a bit more Orange-y in color, Szechuan was browner in color with a dried chili or two with some peppercorns, the Kung pao shrimp was in a more orange/red-ish sauce, nuts packed separately. None of these dishes had any spice whatsoever. Not a drop - and I asked for extra spicy. Good Hunan spicy pork should be suicidal. The chicken and eggplant was really good. The shrimp especially was super delicious. The other proteins were good for the price. **special requests? Nope** They clearly don't read any special requests as I noted spicy please, also indicated no utensils, no chopsticks or no soy sauce needed - and one of the bags was FULL of those things. **convenience and price of a Walmart** So you can place one order from New Kanda and get anything Asian-ish. Don't expect authenticity, but do expect convenience and easy pickings for the not-too-picky. Servings are more than fair for the price.

I've never been dissatisfied with anything I've tried here! I got used to being greeted with familiar smiles of people who knew me that this time felt so odd with the masks So glad that my family chose this spot for dinner. No live music this evening but the food was great. Service was slower than usual so my family got their wine going while I ate the edamame and attempted to wait patiently (hangriness was happening) The pepper tuna appetizer was delicious, miso soup warmed me up and the eternity roll was definitely a new favorite!

The food was great. We stopped by during the weekend. BUT!! Heard clipping noises and couldn't believe what we saw. The sushi guy who made our kids meals was clipping his nails behind the sushi bar. We couldn't believe it. Clear health violation. But it gets better - this guy then uses his iPhone as a mirror to pick his teeth with a tooth pick. Do not go here if you want nails in your rolls.

    Trendy decor, Asian Fusion

Where do people who don't celebrate Christmas go on Christmas Eve? Asian Cuisine of course! My family and I wanted to try something new and we were not disappointed. Very friendly, fast and accommodating service. Stylish, Trendy and Loungy atmosphere ( music, decor and lighting) making this place perfect for small groups or an intimate date. Food is tasty and Spicy Mayo definitely has quite the kick. Food is fresh and the menu offers a good variety.

Alibi is currently running a Harry Potter pop up, and if you know anything about me, you will know I am a HUGE fan. The Alibi was decorated beautifully and there were two really cute Photo Ops by "Platform 9 3/4" and the Wand Shop. Come here for the drinks! The Hufflepuff was bourbon forward and reminded me of an Old Fashioned which further confirmed that is truly my house. It also came with an edible golden snitch. The server pointed it out before I gave them what I thought to be decor. I popped the chocolate golden snitch in my mouth after being directed to take the wrapping off first. We then did butterbeer shots and I can't even begin to tell you how delish they were...dangerously delicious. Food was had and it wasn't anything to write about but I'll try. Queso dip is made in house, which I respect. Loaded potato wontons were a great idea and were probably the best things on the table. You can't go wrong with pretzel nuggets. Chocolate cake is never a bad idea. I ended my visit with a chocolate frog drink. Very similar to an espresso martini. You know how hot they are right now. It came with a an actual chocolate frog which was nice. Finally one of the staff members came over to help us play Bertie Botts and we all picked a jellybean. I got lemon. Some of us got soap and warwax. So fun! It was so good, we are going to try to snag another rez for trivia. Reservations are for 90 minute seatings. You pay $15 for a ticket but you get a souvenir cup with your ticket. Not mad about this because the cup is actually decent and will be used. Their next pop up will be "Slime Time". Slime is not my thing but maybe you'll see me at the other pop ups.
