If I was to say anything positive is that wait time is not that bad, people so far seem pleasant…read moreand nice. My only critique is that the lady that did my manicure could do with a bit more training with gel polish, because even when I tell her she didn't cover or she missed a spot she spoke to me like I don't know what I'm saying and say something as if that's normal all I know is she did my feet ok, but hands no and it was a simple low cut round gel no extensions and no design. ‍‍ so I'm off to hope and find a location that will listen and communicate better. The kicker for me really was when she clipped me and she pulled on my skin as if ripping it off. She refuse to soak it again to soften the skin

His energy from the moment he started already told me this was going to go bad but I gave him the benefit of the doubt, BIG mistake he ignored everything I said and began by cutting them too short and then proceeded to put the gel polish on so messy and rushed. it was disrespectful at that point. then when I told the owner Bee all she simply did was take 4 dollars off LOL it was a complete joke.
