We had a souvenir photo taken before the ride that can be purchased for $10. They have drinks and snacks for purchase during the ride and an overall great tour with plenty of dad jokes and storytelling. It's easy to book a reservation on their website and the place is easy to find with ample free public parking nearby. The things I would like to see improved: The boat is very old and could use a deep cleaning as evidenced by the dead bugs lining the windows obscuring the view. The tabletops were sticky. There was a large wad of gum under one of the tables that I accidently touched. Unfortunately there was a fish kill occurring during the time we went on our ride and there were floating dead fish everywhere. My kid daughter asked the crew about it, but no one addressed it and it left her sad.

The courtyard was nicely set up for an 85 guest wedding. If it's cooler weather, you'll need to rent your own patio heaters from a party company. Ample bathroom facilities. Lots of room to set up guest tables and still have a large dance floor and space for your DJ. The place is really cool looking, aesthetically, and very centrally located. They allow you to come back the next day and gather all your wedding/reception equipment and props, which is nice so you don't have to try and haul all that out the same night. You can cater in whatever food you'd like. Cons: We did help set up for the reception on the morning of, and we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. We had to sweep the floor ourselves (even after sweeping, it was still very dirty from, what I assume, was the previous night's party), and we strategically placed the tea and water dispensers to cover a stained tablecloth. We had 2 bartenders: one couldn't have been more obvious in showing how much she didn't want to be there, the other, while very sweet, was on her phone a lot while people waited. Disappointingly, they did not adequately plan for the 2 specialty cocktails that were on open bar (Jameson whisky and Cruzan black cherry rum); they stocked only 2 bottles of each and ran out of both by 830pm. The bathrooms were also out of paper towels by 830. All in all, the wedding and reception went well, besides the couple of hiccups mentioned above. Having said that, I recommend to potential renters that you have a very specific bar contract ensuring enough liquor, and that you make sure the staff have thoroughly cleaned the place prior to your event.

You start with an little pre-video which is cool to see how the cave formed. Still blows my mind to think of how long it's taken to come together as it has. My girls were mildly freaked out at the idea at first, but settled into it once they got in there. It's really cool (literally) as it's 52 degrees year round, so bring a light jacket. Our tour guide was fun, sharing stories and a few laughs. We loved the part where she cuts all the lights and it truly is the darkest imaginable space. You can't see an inch in front of your face. We got the anytime tickets and they were $110 out the door. A bit steep, but it's worth it. There is also another cave called Cameron Cave that's a bit more hands-on with flashlights and crawling, which could be cool to explore. But rest assured, none of that with this one and it's very manageable and fun.

She had a digital order taker and easily too our drink orders by couple into her device making it easy for separate checks. This was great. Watching her work and listening to her, I could tell this wasn't her first server job. Drinks came and a while later, she walked around and took our food orders. Appetizers for those who ordered them came out quickly. Food started coming out about 15 minutes later. If I was to give some constructive feedback, I'd suggest the food running team knew which seat ordered what. As it was, the group was all chatting with each other and didn't notice or listen well to the food runners. But it all worked out. A couple of minor misses was cheese on a hamburger when cheese was not asked for, French fries when none were ordered and one order of cross-cut fries that were forgotten but where they rectified it. The drinks were cold and the food was good and for us big city folk, the prices were nice. I had their breaded pork tenderloin sandwich with the house salad. Both were excellent. And while the tenderloin wasn't one of those gigantic ones - it was still much bigger than the bun and I took half of it home. My wife had a burger and tater tots. While using the trampoline area, my nephew exhibited patience and courtesy while waiting for three young girls who were practicing gymnastics routines to finish their practice before he participated in the trampoline area. In good faith, my nephew stepped aside multiple times, allowing them to complete their routines and also to share the trampoline area with them. After more than reasonably waiting his turn, my nephew finally took his turn and began to do flips. At this point, the girls began to scream at him and then reported him to your staff. Instead of addressing this situation appropriately, your staff member immediately took the girls' side against my nephew and told him he could not use the trampoline area, despite the fact that he had already exhibited patience and compliance. When my nephew replied with a casual "bro," the staff member escalated the situation inappropriately by telling him that he could not use the trampoline area at all. The situation continued to escalate when my nephew proceeded to play basketball in the general basketball area of your facility. At this point, the same staff member, still having an issue with my nephew, made an inappropriate comment about my nephew's Spider-Man outfit by saying, "Are you Spider-Man?" and, "You are Black Spider-Man." Such a comment was unprofessional, unnecessary, and inappropriate. I'm severely disappointed in this facility and not to mention that the young girls told the staff that he called them the b word.
