Downsides for some might be the limited breakfast buffet (which was more than enough for me but some folks mentioned it within earshot). Also, no maid service due to the COVID pandemic, although a friend said that in the past they had to bring their own linens (truly). All of a traveler's needs were available through the front desk. Great bar service by the way and PS was located close to everything I needed to see and do. I plan to make this place a stop on an upcoming fall colors trip down the eastern seaboard for a night along the way.

The aforementioned salmon was a perfect medium rare and rocked a tacky, sweet glaze, and the Caesar salad (with 'chovies or without) is well dressed and loaded with salty Parm. For dinner service, Jeremie wanted our experience to be so magical, I felt he'd most definitely cause self-harm if we weren't 100% satisfied with everything. Especially those turnips. I loved it and it tasted even better heated up the next day. Entrees come with a choice of soup or salad; he went with the salad and I had the homemade Italian wedding soup. We were both pleased with our choices. The portions were quite generous, service was on point all evening, and the entire establishment and restrooms were immaculately clean and well organized.
