5 Stars all the way. From scheduling a reservation, to parking to check in the whole process was smooth and a lot of fun. My daughters absolutely had a blast para sailing this afternoon. My wife joined them on the boat for an additional $25. My daughters spent approximately 15 minutes in the air and 90 minutes on the boat. The mates on the boat were a lot of fun and made sure all their passengers are safe. Highly recommended. read more

What an amazing experience! As a back to school treat, I booked this for my seven year old son and me to try. I've lived in the area my entire life and have never tried Point Pleasant Parasail - we'll be back every summer! Booking was a breeze and the two guys that ran the boat were friendly, professional, kind, and safe. We had an amazing ride on a clear day and saw a whale, dolphin, and spotted a shark from the parasail. We can't wait to do this again next year! read more

Contacted company after seeing parasail with number from the shore. Set up reservation for next day for three kids. They made it clear we needed to be at boat 15 minutes before scheduled time. Next day we had so do difficulty finding the place and they called us at about 12 minutes before departure to check out status. Helped us navigate to dock and parking. Friendly staff, no hassles, kids had great experience. Thanks for adding fun experience to our mini shore vacation. read more

My daughter has gone parasailing twice and used Point Pleasant Parasail. She is absolutely addicted now. This is a great company. They make it really easy to schedule and are very accommodating. I would love if they offered smaller photo packages. One good photo is all I really need. read more

Our family of 6 went parasailing with this company this past weekend. First try was a bust because of weather, but got a boat ride while trying to find a clearing in the fog. They gave us the choice of rescheduling or refund which was very accommodating. Came the next day and what a fantastic ride! We all had an absolute blast! These people are truly professionals, and most importantly SAFE. I have been on a parasailing tour outside the country and it was not handled the way this company handles things. I highly recommend to everyone! read more

First time parasailing for myself and my boyfriend. We offered to go first out of a group of 4 riders. I was super nervous but was assured everything would be okay, which it was. It was an AMAZING experience. The two men on the boat were knowledgeable and experienced!!!! The boat ride was smooth, up in the air was smooth and coming down was smooth! 10/10 would recommend! Next year we will be back to fly again! read more

Great fun. Great guys! Friendly as can be, and gave us a stress-free, fun ride. A good time for all.

I brought my 10 yr old daughter out for her first time parasailing. Although the weather was nice, there had been rain the day prior and the water was very choppy. Shortly after we got out into open water, we hit some big waves and I fell on top of her, bruising my leg and she hit her face into the bottom of the boat. The crew refused to bring us back to shore despite our pleading and her crying, they continued on letting the other customers go up in the parasail. In hindsight I should have insisted on calling the coast guard or 911. Rude and arrogant is the only way I can describe the crew on that boat, it is unfortunately an experience I can never forget. read more

We don't parasail so this was a great adventure for our family. Guides were knowledgeable and kept us informed every step of the way. The experience was fun, easy and not scary at all. Got some great pictures too! read more

Super fun!!! Had an awesome time with the family. All my kids did it, ages 1 to 7. Staff were very professional yet entertaining and fun at the same time. Felt safe and could not believe the amazing view! Will definitely make it an annual tradition. read more

This was my first parasail experience and I had a blast! The captain and crew were great - I'm a question-asker, and as one who's not particularly fond of heights (but always ready for an adventure), you can imagine I had a lot. They answered every question I had and made me feel safe and secure in the harness before I went up. And they were fun guys - chatted with us the whole time, which made me feel more at ease. And the views are spectacular, even for a local like myself. I'll definitely be going again by the end of the summer! read more

Our first time and it was awesome!!! We originally had a 2 PM appointment but due to traffic on a Holiday weekend, we requested a 4 PM appointment and we were quickly and cheerfully accommodated. CJ and Connor were great and I would recommend Point Pleasant Parasail to all. read more

I can't give these guys enough praise. I was caught in traffic and missed my departure point for parasailing. They actually ran a special time to accommodate me and the other people caught I traffic. They staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend them to anyone looking to parasail. read more

Me and my sis had an excellent trip today; couldn't ask for a better time!! thank you.

I have gone parasailing many times, several times with this same company. I am a boat owner so I know a thing or two. I brought my 9 year old daughter along this time as she had been anxious to go. The day before we went the weather was very stormy but I thought it would be OK the following day. However as soon as the boat went from the bay into the ocean we hit a huge wave. My daughter and I both lost our grip, flew up in the air and I landed on top of her on the bottom of the boat. We were both injured - I slammed my thigh into the boat, she banged her face and cut her toe. I asked the captain and assistant for first aid for my daughter, they did nothing. We asked to be brought back and they refused to turn back. They just ignored us and sent up two groups of parasailers up (the other group changed their minds as obviously did we). My daughter was terrified, she was crying hysterically the entire time and begging them to take her back or slow down and they refused. We were both in tremendous pain. If I could post a picture of my 7 inch black and blue welt here I would. Obviously we will never go back to these horrible people again. Our vacation was ruined and we are both still in pain 2 days later. Furthermore nobody in the boat had life jackets on besides for the two children on board, and with the waves that big, a drowning death could have easily occurred. There was just no regard for safety and they have lost our business forever. read more
