While I don't disagree, I definitely felt talked down to and that my opinion on my own feet and own experience with running shoes was discounted. He also said that if I was serious about purchasing THAT DAY, he could do a whole fitting with me, but if I wasn't, then I shouldn't try on shoes that day.

The merchandise is top-of-the-line brands, from shoes to apparel to accessories. There were some brands I had never even heard of here (although my kid said she knew of these lines. I'm thinking specifically of the ON brand of shoes from Switzerland, but there were other brands as well). Super cool running shoes, some futuristic, all state-of-the-art. And lots of name brands I'm familiar with, too. So the product lines offered here run the gamut from mainstream to elite. The price ranges are likewise broad, depending of what you are looking for. (Note: I did see some cool apparel on a sale rack, and these prices were slashed, so I wonder if their running shoes also go on sale at times). What made this store stand out is the expertise of the employees here. They are all serious runners who know their stuff. I appreciate how they won't try to sell you on something that isn't right for you (regardless how much the item might cost). For someone like me (i.e., totally NOT a serious runner! Probably the antithesis of a serious runner. Someone who just aspires to stay upright when crossing any race's finishing line. lol!), I rely on this type of expertise to steer me in the right direction, as there are SO many products out there, I don't know the first thing about what is available in any given year and what would work best for me.

They sell hot dogs, burgers, Indian food, poutines, Mac N Cheese and Korean fried chicken. I personally find it they have a bit more variety than Rogers Arena. I had an opportunity to go here because of White Caps playoff back in November. I visited here the second time while my previous visit was for a concert. The stadium here is a dome shape which can be opened in summer. It was steamy hot the last time I visited here. The game unexpectedly took a long time that I had to stay about 5 hours after multiple penalty kicks. It was fun cheering for my favourite soccer player. My biggest gripe was the phone charger booth. It wasn't the portable type on the go. It was the type where you lock and store it in the box. Would've been better if was a portable type to carry around. Food was expensive overall. Costco food court is a cheaper option. There's a lactation pod available for new moms.

I think they need to ease up on how things are done. This is the second time I missed the opening act because of how ridiculous circumstances are with the crowd control. Don't sell tickets if you cannot guarantee that people are able to come in and see the concerts whenever they please. The seats are also very uncomfortable and it is not recommended to sit on for 3+ hours if you have horrendous health issues like sciatica or back problems. You cannot even bring a seat cushion. I prefer Rogers arena over this place. Note that they are also very picky with what type of bag you bring in. You have to bring a tiny bag that barely fits anything or an ugly transparent bag for this occasion. With so many factors to weigh in on, I would not want to come back as it is rather a large inconvenience. To the manager of this place: Please do better! We get better service at Rogers Arena and I am apprehensive about coming back as it has gotten worse! I missed the opening act of a U2 concert several years ago and now this?!

When I first walked in, I was greeted with a smile by a girl working at a welcoming station at the front. I asked where men's shoes were, and she showed me, but also informed me that a sales associate that was in our vicinity could help me. Perfect ! I knew exactly what I needed. I showed him the item on my phone, he looked up the product # on his handheld and off he went to get it for me. He quickly reappeared with box in hand! The shoes were exactly what I wanted and they were on sale for a really great price. I went to the cash area, where there were a few people in front of me. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute or two before it was my turn. The cashier was also smiling and friendly. She showed me how to maximize my points on the Triangle App, then I paid and was on my way. This was a really great shopping experience with customer service that goes above and beyond.

Reza is a champ and immediately got to work. He went through the entire store and pulled so much for me and was so incredibly patient even as I started becoming more picky with the options. While helping me, he was also impressively attentive with another couple who seemed to be last minute shopping as well. Generally speaking, I was really pleased with all of the customer service through out the store. From the moment I walked in, to the check out process on my way out, everyone was super pleasant, even considering the fact that they were officially closed at the time I was checking out. Highly recommend in the Vancouver area for the service alone! Thank you again, Reza and Team!
