She's very inviting and easy to talk which made it easy to point out what I'd like, not like, and corrections if I thought I needed any. Elle was also super patient about my pickiness. Going into it, she was very clear about the process & spent a long time making sure we both loved the new shape & color. Elle is a natural artist & her talent is bolstered her experience in color theory & her training in microblading. I didn't even realize my eyebrows could look this good. My only regret is not doing this sooner! Before starting, Elle applied a numbing cream which made the process nearly painless. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is considering it. But of course I went back a few weeks later and did exactly what she recommended because she was right all along. I had the microblading and powder brows done and the results are amazing--so natural and they hold up beautifully over time. On top of that, she's just a genuinely easy, down-to-earth person to talk to, which makes the whole experience really comfortable and enjoyable. Her space is clean and welcoming. I got builder gel with chrome top on my nails, and the deluxe pedicure with gel and chrome top as well. It totaled to $150 which adds up to me (with the gel & chrome additions). They helped me right away without an appointment. Every one was so sweet. I enjoyed chatting with Ivy and appreciated that she was personable and willing to converse. I normally tip and I tip good, every person who worked on my hand and foot usually would get $10-$20 tip each in cash. But that service was rushed and my service was cut short. My toes were not properly clean. Such a sweet lady, who had a gentle voice: orange tank top wearing a white watch band on her right hand. But service was not good. Literally pulled the wax off and said to go get my nails done to the front. She said it in a nice way but I felt my foot spa could've been better. $45 +gel for spa that was only 10min. $75 +gel for fill ombré chrome Total came to $140 My nails are better than I requested. Young lady who worn a yellow shirt, ESSENTIAL FEAR OF GOD seem more worry to write in her notebook tracking customers rather than doing a good service. The service i received did not meet my expectation. This being my first time, I wouldn't recommended to family and friends. Quality will always be priority over quantity.

The issue came into play with my second 18 - 20 month touch up I initially had to move my appointment out due to multiple deaths in the family & testing positive for covid and relayed that to her she allowed me to push it out then come to our rescheduled date she texted me that morning about having a migraine and needing to reschedule which obviously I was okay with being that I also had to do the same and then when I tried to contact her to reschedule she never responded to my DMs, texts, or emails. Ultimately I ended up losing my deposit because she never responded I have to this day still not gotten them touched up which my initial appointments were 2021 and my second touch up was 2022. It was the one following touch up that that I was never able to reschedule. I will say even with the disappointing customer service it's 2025 and I have not had them touched up since 2022 and they still look great minimal fading etc every time I get them waxed or my eyelashes done I get compliments still.
