Things I didn't like: The "hot towel" that came with the pedicure was just set over my legs; everywhere else I've been there has been a towel lightly wrapped around each calf. Also, not a relaxing atmosphere...they were playing a movie...no soothing music. A week later, I take off my regular nail polish and my nails are stained orange? I thought she put a clear base coat on, but maybe it's the brand they use. Can't recommend because that makes me question the products they use.

I made an appointment online and was seated immediately. I got a gel manicure and it was really messy. The man doing my nails did a good job trimming and shaping but did a poor job with polish and cleaning up. After my manicure I waited for about 5 minutes to be seen for a pedicure. By this time lots of people started to come in with and without appointments. It was very busy and many people had to wait to be seen. There was also a customer complaining about her daughters pedicure as well if that means anything to you. A different person did my pedicure and they did a decent job. I would most likely not return for any manicure service. There were also no prices online or visible in the store. The total for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure was $65.

I was directed to the pedi chair with little conversation, not even a hello. The long and short of it was that the quality of the work was substandard. Their tools weren't sterilized and I got infections on two toes on my feet and hands. She barely shaped the nails. If I could call and cancel the charges I would. STAY AWAY!

I wish I just waited and scheduled appointment with my main lady because I was greatly disappointed in this place . I got the spa pedicure because I wanted the extra massage because I've been on my feet all week and really wanted the eight minute massage which I randomly looked at my watch when she first started massaging me, even though it felt like more a quick rub and she was done less than three minutes if that . Then I watched her because my main place that I usually get my pedicures would always talk about how much cuticles I have and they would take a long time to clean them but here she literally did it less than a minute, and I was very shocked, but she said she was done with the cleaning the cuticles because that's when I usually apologize that I know my cuticles are overgrown But I was shocked when she said she was done with the cuticles. I looked at them and it looks like she barely even clipped anything or clean them.. Then I asked if she can shape them to be short, and if you saw how they all weirdly shaped and took her lesson a minute to shape them, which is nuts because it's an art to shape them to look even . Then she painted it and I was so disappointed. I've been there for over an hour and it looks like a two coat total, but if you look closely enough, it looks very. . I would absolutely never go there again. It was a waste of 60 bucks.! The only one I would give is that they took me in quickly but now I understand if they take you in quickly that means they don't have a lot of customers that return back because they're that terrible .

But when I went in I showed a picture of the green I was looking for. The gentleman showed me two rings for the dip colors all of which were pink or bright colors. Then I asked for more and he was trying to show me colors because he instantly put my fingers in acetone. It was so overwhelming and he wasn't even close to the color I asked for. So I changed my mind. Well initially I thought they looked pretty. But soon I realized that the dip was stuck to my skin and then the sides were also not shaped to my nail. It hung over the sides of my nail. Well about 9 days in I went to open my front door and the tip of my thumbnail ripped off! Then the next day the dip cracked on the middle finger. I didn't notice how much DAMAGE my nail suffered on the side because of that layer of dip pushing the sides of my skin. My nails are literally tearing from the sides and the tip like crazy. My fingers HURT.

I even went back in to see if they wanted me to pay for the removal and they said no, I told them I was leaving a bad review regarding what they said and a gay dude in there had the nerve to defend them. In no way shape or form is it okay to speak disrespectfully about a child, especially not in another language so I "can't" understand you. The child chair was gross and had hair in it.. just to add the cherry on top of all of that. Never will I let my child get disrespected in any way by anyone.
